Spinello’s East Coast Eatery is a casual Italian restaurant developed by New Jersey chef Michael Spinello. Most of its dishes are based on family recipes that were handed down to the chef by previous generations of his family. The chef’s proximity to New York City enabled him to discover several Italian creations that are unique to Manhattan, which he also serves with his own twists at Spinello’s.
Begin your meal with one of the small plates available at Spinello’s. Options include house special meatballs, a trio of stuffed mushrooms with sausage, breadcrumbs, cheese and herbs as well as cheesy garlic bread with mozzarella and garlic. For your main course, choose from a wide variety of pasta dishes like penne alla vodka, prawn fra divalo and Mikey’s special rigatoni. End your meal with a sweet dessert like ricotta cheese cake, tiramisu, affogato or Big Bob’s cream puffs.
