After much consideration, we will be requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all dining at Spinasse and Artusi effective September 17th. This means, for the moment, children under 12 will not be able to join us. We have taken this step to help protect staff and guests dining with us. Please bring your vaccination card, photo of the vaccination card or an app with the information provided, along with your ID. CLEAR and MyIR Mobile (linked with Washington State) are easy apps to use for this situation. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping COVID-19 in check. We will look forward to welcoming all in the near future.

Butter and sage noodles were amazing.
Wonderful food and wonderful service! When we travel to a city, we typically like to try different restaurants each time we visit but Spinasse is a must do for us every time we're in Seattle. It had been a few years but it was just as great as we remembered!
Whatever you do, make sure you go here before you die.
Perfect date night! This was a delicious and fun dinner. The servers were wonderful and very knowledgeable and patient when we asked questions. Menu style is designed to be shareable so we got to try a lot of items. I would highly recommend the chocolate torte for dessert!
The best pasta you will try in seattle
Aso the prosciutto is brought from Italy and melts in your mouth like butter
So good. Pastas was amazing and so was everyone who worked there
The food was so good; and nice to dine at a restaurant with different flavors and options than the usual. Enjoyed that it was specific to a region in Italy, and to eat in courses so you truly enjoy the taste, presentation and simplicity in eating that way.
Server made great recommendations for wines to accompany as well.
Tables were a bit close considering, but of course the restaurant was following mandates as to checking for vaccinations status.
Came here for a friend's birthday last night, the ambiance was quiet and cozy. The food is just absolutely incredible!! The chocolate dessert was decadent and big enough for two people but not too sweet, it was just perfect and delicious. I had a great time and will be back.
Must try the Butter and Sage pasta and if they are offering the white truffle to add on, do it! So worth it! One of the best things I’ve ever eaten!
Absolutely the best Italian food in the western United States
Needs new chairs and cushion on bench, both very uncomfortable
The food was exquisite, especially the homemade angel hair pasta and their lemony twist on tiramisu. They also nicely let us linger there even though we were the last customers.
Outstanding food and service in a quiet and intimate setting. We had the Full Mene Desgustazione with wine pairing- so we literally tried every antipasti, pasta, and meat course on the menu. The standouts were: the Crespelle; Sage the Sausage the Rabbit Meatballs; and the Pastry-Encased Sausage with Venison Sauce. But you literally cannot go wrong with any dish on the menu. The restaurant also has a fantastic wine list, one of the best I've seen in Seattle.
We had the tasting menu and loved it. The food did not lack creativity, but tended toward the delicious. An institution for a reason!
Food was good, but a little bit pricier than it's worth.
Great all around.
amazing staff who were supportive of us as a queer couple 🏳️🌈
Homemade pasta and some great dishes. Favorites were the Butter and Sage pasta, Risotto, and Rabbit Meatballs. Some of the other dishes are just so-so in comparison. I would go again, but I would likely only order one of the three dishes mentioned above. I wished I had tried the desserts - that will be a priority if we ever go back.
Everything was delicious as was the service. Highly recommended.
Best restaurant in the US!
Wonderful food and fining experience, thank you!
The best way we could have spent our 5 year anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu, each course was just pure magic. The wine pairing along with the meal was not only delicious but SUCH A DEAL. We were told it would be about 2 full glasses over the four courses, but believe you me I was very happy to have a designated driver to get home, each glass was better than the one before and matched the paired course wonderfully. We will definitely be very happy to dine here again in the future, do not miss the chance to enjoy a meal at Spinasse!
And the cherry on top was the service, our waiter Eric was just amazing, very insightful to the menu and flavors and helped us have a wonderful evening. Will 100% be requesting him for future service.
Incredible dinner! Amazing service. Highly recommend!
best pasta I have ever had! and the service was so excellent
Meh. Sat closest to the restroom hall way and kitchen. Was also cold. When you book, ask to be seated in the area where you first walk in to enjoy great ambience. It really makes a difference. The food and service is terrific.
Most disappointing visit to the restaurant ever. For the first time ever, the food was mediocre. And the hostess was rude. But I could’ve dealt with that if the food was great. But it wasn’t.
Really nice ambiance inside, with mood lighting and a romantic atmosphere. Our waiter was excellent; friendly, knowledgeable about the wine list and food, and patient with our questions. We got the Crespelle, The Risotto, the pasta with butter and sage, the halibut, the kale, the espresso dessert, and the lemon dessert. Everything was delicious! This place is a bit pricey, but in my opinion worth it based on the quality of food and service.
Superb dining experience that brought back memories from my time living in Italy
Returned to Spinasse for its memorable handmade pasta and it did not fail to impress again. Service was excellent as was the dessert.
Truly a quaint lovely place for a romantic dinner or for a "Foodie" the flavors in their sauces are Amazing !
Absolutely spectacular!! We were in Seattle visiting and found Spinasse. Our waiter was very patient, helpful and our guide through a not so subtle culinary expertise in Italian cuisine. We were never rushed, given ample time to enjoy our courses and continue our food adventure. Left extremely happy, full and loved our date night. Much appreciated and thank you.
I'm a return customer. Enjoyed another delightful evening here. Delicious Italian food. Superb, friendly service. Comfortable ambience. Definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant for an evening out or a special occasion.
Had the degustazione menu and the food combined with the service made for an awesome night! Come hungry if you go that route though they are not joking with the amount of food, and don't forget to do the wine pairing and maybe leave a little room for dessert.
always great! Still has to be the top Italian place in Seattle. Do yourself a favor and get the chocolate cake if it's on the menu.
Food was salty but service was good.
A truly lovely culinary experience, every dish delicious, and thoughtfully presented and timed. Service is top notch, for certain a rarity in Seattle!
The only reason for not rating 5 of 5 in all aspects is due to the outdoor seating situation. It is simply too exposed to the elements (wind, cold, traffic) and without lighting. I hope a more permanent outdoor seating structure will be done, but I understand every business has to make this decision/priority if it makes sense for them. I’m remiss that I won’t be able to dine here again until Spring since I’m determined to not get nor give unknowingly COVID to anyone else.
Already looking forward to my next meal here!
Overall experience at Spinasse was very underwhelming
Excellent food and service!
We had a wonderful dinner celebrating my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and I will definitely be going back!
We always come here for the Tajarin for all of our special occassions (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays). We love the staff and the food.
