    Absolutely an amazing experience. Food was exquisite. What was to be hot was very hot. I loved every single bite! Our server was quietly present! Like a ninja, she folded napkins as we left our table for comfort breaks, all the staff was prompt, they were glad to be at this fantastic place. Happiest place to dine at or work for!

    We recently dined at this restaurant and had an overall positive experience. The food was excellent, with a truly unique menu that impressed our taste buds. The service was outstanding, and the staff was attentive to our needs. However, we felt that the prices were steep, especially with bottles of wine reaching over a thousand dollars. Surprisingly, there was no tablecloth on our table, which we found unusual for a restaurant in this price range. We believe this simple addition could elevate the dining experience. Another minor concern was our seating arrangement. We were placed next to a window, and as it was a cold evening, the area felt chilly. This slightly affected our comfort during the meal. In summary, while we enjoyed the great food and outstanding service, we believe the restaurant could enhance its ambiance by considering tablecloths and ensuring all diners are comfortably seated. Despite these points, we rate our experience a solid four stars.

    I absolutely love this restaurant, the food is divine and it's a very cozy and nicely lit room. My only comment would be that I often feel that the service staff seems to be trying to rush things along a bit too quickly. Would love to enjoy a cocktail before being asked to order.

    Food and food service was excellent. Outstanding one-of-a-kind rich, flavorful dishes. Music level was too loud and at a table near us one of the diners was not using his inside voice.

    Trout was most delicious. Dessert is mediocre. Service is professional, Seattle chill. Table needs to be exited by 2 hours put a little pressure on an Italian meal. Staff is professional and efficient.

    absolutely delicious food! we had the antipasti sampler which was perfect because I struggling to decide which one. The sage and butter pasta was absolutely decadent and the mushroom and onion tarte was divine! wine selection was lovely and service was also fantastic. We loved the decor and being able to see into the kitchen. We hope to be back!

    We have been regulars at Spinasse for nearly 6 years and have been missing Bertram and Vanessa, well…if you’re lucky enough to get Luis you hit the wait staff jackpot. He was even thoughtful enough to ask the chef for a tiny slice of apple so our baby could participate in the amuse bouche. We will definitely be requesting him on our next visit. Thank you Luis! The food was flawless as always too, by the way!

    We loved our dinner. Service was spectacular. Parking was challenging. We ended up in a deck a few blocks away. We could not get the pay options to work in the deck next door.

    Service was simply outstanding. Attentive but not intrusive. Courses flowed smoothly from cocktail, to amuse bouche, to white wine, to salad, to bread (with olive oil on the side), to red wine, to first primo, to 2nd primo, to main course, to desert. The freshly made pasta is stupendoud (hence I did a 1/2 prtion of 2 different primos). staff was very friendly: when I notced what seemed to be folks moving to and from the adjoining restaurant, I was curious and asked the hostess for the back story, which she readily supplied. A great story. It had been a while since I had dined here: I had forgotten how amazing the food is and what a pleasing experience it is.

    The hostess was not very friendly or welcoming. We had reservations and arrived 15 minutes early and were told to go away into the cold night and return on time. We could see empty tables where we could have waited inside but they were not offered. When we returned exactly on time, we were seated near the door and a cold breeze from the opening and closing door, made for a chilly meal. However, the food and wait staff were both outstanding! We soon forgot about the chilly beginning and enjoyed an excellent dinner!

    Do yourself a favor and get the Tajarin con burro e salvia. Then get whatever else they have because it’s all amazing. We had a great time and great food and great cocktails. Service was impeccable.

    My date and I had an amazing time at Spinasse. We had reservations for 10pm on a Friday evening and it was a perfect time to go. The ambience was quaint, inviting and had a beautiful warm lighting. My date ordered the renowned buttered noodles and I got the ragu. Both dishes were excellent. The waiter was a very attentive and knowledgeable. Overall an amazing experience.

    Get the menu degu—a taste of everything off their menu essentially. Well worth the price. The food was phenomenal: all four pastas blew me away, especially their classic sage and butter pasta, and their ahi tuna risotto was so creative and delicious. Wines were phenomenal. Would recommend highly.

    Service was excellent. She was knowledgeable, gave us good advice and was graceful when we sent a dish back because it was too salty. The prosciutto was one of the best that I have had in the US. The Nebbiolo wine was delicious, but the pasta wasn’t incredible as I remembered it. The tallarini were salty, overcooked and sticky, and the duck pasta was salty, making it hard to taste the duck and other flavors. We had a great time, but I wouldn’t go back for the pasta. We finished the night with a delicious limoncello.

    We were in Seattle for a short stay and we are so lucky to have found this restaurant. Best meal we’ve had in a long time! Dishes were delicious! Highly recommend. Didn’t have a bite that we didn’t immensely enjoy!

    As Excellent as We Remember It Two of us, on a Sunday evening. The room was lively, service was excellent, and the food was superb. Our server (Heather) was particularly helpful in describing sizes of portions, differentiating wines, and in general paying attention. I had forgotten how really terrific their pasta was. Very fine prosciutto, served with fresh figs. Excellent bread (wish we could have taken remainder home before it was whisked away). Good selection of classic aperitifs. Generous portions. Very comfortable atmosphere.

    My third visit here and it just gets better! I tend to visit on my birthday, alone, and they never fail to say happy birthday when I arrive, treat me warmly throughout the meal, and make sure I walk away with a meal that is not only exceptional but memorable. As a solo diner, ai felt at home, not conscious at all, in the coziness of the dining room. Not having to converse with a companion (phew) I could read my book and savor every sweet sip of my Paper Plane cocktail and every bite of my cavatelli with duck confit. Spinasse: Always has been and continues to be a special place to dine.
