Delicious Northern Italian food with local ingredients. Handmade, hand-cut egg pasta is brilliant, especially the tajarin (with ragu, or butter and sage) but the sides are also wonderful, especially the brussels sprouts with bagna cauda, and the sausage-stuffed cippolini onions. Outstanding!

Spinasse's pasta is the best we'd ever had. If I were to go again, id get just two giant bowls for us to share. Great ambiance - It was a perfect romantic evening.

The four of us had the Menu Degustazione with the wine pairing. All the food was delicious, but there was so much of it that we didn't eat much of the entrees. I'm not complaining though, it made a great lunch at work the next day.

Absolutely amazing food there, nice staff, pasta is the best I’ve ever had.... would love to see more chicken dishes or something like that on menu. But please keep the pasta! It is to die for. Thank you.

We've had this restaurant on our list to try for quite a while and our only regret is that we hadn't tried sooner. The food was excellent - beef tartare appetizer, angel hair pasta with pork ragu and the rabbit meatballs where all delicious. The service was also great - courteous and friendly, just what you would expect from a top-notch restaurant. I would definitely recommend Spinasse to anyone who loves Italian food, especially, pasta.
