Incredible food! Highly recommend, know it is a bit costly. We had a brand new server so service was slow. I would not recommend placing the 6 top we were sorted at, facing the kitchen entrance, does not enhance the ambiance. We tried to order a cocktail and the hostess said" no one knew if the bar tender was coming in", that makes for very poor customer service. This restaurant had excellent food, but they really need to work on whether or not their diners have an exceptional experience. They need to up their game, it would be a shame for this restaurant to fail, because all of their flaws are very fixable!

The two of us ordered four dishes, two dim sum, fried green beans, and fried squid. All were excellent. The beans were among the best I have ever had in a restaurant. The menu is huge. As we looked around the restaurant other diners seem to have favorites and enjoy them greatly. It looked like a good representation of the whole menu. Our own dishes made it clear that the kitchen is fully capable of producing excellent food, very well prepared. The dining room is simple and modestly furnished. But certainly clean and presentable. Paintings on the wall were excellent and appear to be the work of local artists. Recommended.

Best Dim-sun place in Eugene. Peking Duck surpasses the best Chinese Food places in Portland, will compare to Seattle and San Francisco.

We had an excellent meal with many savory dishes and tasty treats. I especially loved the steamed barbecue buns. Everything there was delicious. The wait staff did everything to make us comfortable. There was never any rush or push to get the table free even though the restaurant was very busy. I would be happy to recommend this resturant to my friends and will go back any chance I get!

We made reservations for Christmas day. It was very busy and I suspect they were understaffed for an unexpected crowd, but handled it well. We were seated promptly, our order taken and menu items were served soon after by a smiling courteous staff member. The food was quite tasty and the menu was filled with hard to find dishes. Decor was upscale and the facility seemed clean.

We had been once before soon after the restaurant opened and liked the food but were concerned about ambience and service. Unfortunately nothing has changed a year later. A vegetable dish with ample fluid was served in a low sided plate and unsurprisingly spilled on the table. The menu is somewhat vague in places and requires substantial help from the nice but limited staff. When we asked if a particular dish was lo mein, our server said yes, though what came was more chow than lo mein--not entirely her fault, since lo mein was what it was called on our bill. We received a wrong dish and had to send it back and had to wait some time for a replacement. Just to give the feel. Some dishes are insipid but though most are quite good (3 of the 4 we ordered) and not routine. However the milieu and service are remain bumbly.
