   1. The starters came in very fast and then it took very long for the main course 2. One of the starters dal bati was so hard to cut had bite it. 3. The main course curry was too spicy

   First time dining here after hearing about it for many years. Menu looked interesting. We ordered 2 apps; the Papdi Chaat was decent but the mousse-oriented vada pav had no flavor and the pav looked like it was out of a fridge. Of the main dishes, the Dal Tadka was good and flavorful, the paneer with the sauce had 90% sauce and 8 paneer pieces, pretty sad. This is a restaurant trying to be a fine dining restaurant and falls woefully short. The chef seems to be in love with making very liquid dishes and the flavors are either too spicy or flavorless. One and done for us.

   We had booked our table through OpenTable and arrived a few minutes before. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes as the table was not ready. When 10 minutes turned to 20, I checked with the personnel and it seemed like he had completely forgotten to seat us. Also, since it was my husband’s birthday we had got a cake to be cut at the end of the meal which was denied as we were told that outside food is not allowed and there would be a complimentary cake provided to us, since it was mentioned in the OpenTable reservation that it’s a birthday event. After the seating issue was resolved, the person came and apologized and we too understood that it could be a genuine miss from his end, since they were short staffed on a busy day. After we finished the food, we were offered a 10% discount on the bill for the delay in seating. However, there was no mention of the complimentary cake that was to be given by the restaurant. We ended up cutting the cake which we had got initially( which was denied entry by the staff) right outside the restaurant. Our celebration was literally ruined because of the callous attitude of staff and their lack of concern. I would not visit this restaurant again.

   Good appetizers. Curries were ok. Either too sweet or too mushy and spicy. Ambience was good. Naans were very good. Would go back

   While the food and drinks were delicious, the service was incredibly slow. We waited an unreasonably long time for our order, leading us to believe that the kitchen may have overlooked or deprioritized it. We had to inquire with our server multiple times before our food finally arrived. To make matters worse, we had our 1-year-old and 4-year-old with us. Anyone with children can attest to the challenges of dining out with little ones. We were hoping for a pleasant change of pace, not an endless wait for our meal! At the end of the meal, our server apologized, explaining that they were short-staffed that evening.

   Visited SpiceKlub for an anniversary dinner on Tuesday night.it was not packed and gad an occupancy of 4-5 tables. Despite that, the service we received was not up to par. He was very rushed, no smile,no greeting. Disappointed.

   If you are looking for high-end experience with rich but healthy foods, I would recommend this place.

   This restaurant has the worst service that I have ever received. I took a group of 12 to restaurant for an important event and was so disappointed at the service we received. The server we had didn’t pay any attention to any of our requests - all the way from drinks, appetizers and main courses. I will not be ever going back to this place and will be actively discouraging my circle from going there.

    Starters were good, main course was nit good. Malai kofta was very hard. Our server was very rude. This guy was so arrogant. We asked for a few extra grains of pomegranate that came on the side with palak chatfor for my 2 year old when he was crying due to some spicy chat. The server said it's impossible to give that without even checking. I have never heard this in a restaurant where someone just says no. We were cele my son's 2 year birthday. The staff didn't even sing happy birthday even when I had mentioned in my reservation to do something special for him. The guests on our party said we shouldn't tip this server since his behavior is very rude but we didnt have that choice since gratuity was fixed at 20%. Probably that was the reason for his behavior since he knew he is getting 20% no matter how I behave or how poor service I provide. I do expect an apology from the management of this restaurant since we chose them for our special day and feel we were not treated right.
