Spiced was nice!!! The food was great, and the server gave great suggestions for our party of three. The drinks were awesome, too! We will go back seeing as though we are here in Sydney for 2 weeks.

Went there with my team for a business lunch at 12pm. We were 5 mins early and the restaurant was empty. However, it took 50 minutes to get to our first course. There were no proper communication what was happening and why it took so long. I had to leave 1pm sharp and left the team behind to enjoy the two remaining courses. This is not acceptable in Barangaroo where everyone is in a rush over lunch time.

The food here is great, as is the location. The service friendly but not always attentive to when you need to order more drinks and food. I ordered starters and then ask for the mains to be a decent interval later (as is normal in any restaurant) but our mains were delivered to the table almost immediately after the starters. Finally, they should get out of the (revenue generating habit) of asking “double or single?” whenever you order a spirit (such as a G&T).

I was told this was high end Indian food, but it wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but not great. Plus our mains came out before our starters. They did give me an extra beer which I really didn’t want, but they tried to remedy the situation.

We had a great dining experience at Spiced. We were a big group and our booking was last minute. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing. Our dietary requirement was all vegan and the staff made sure we didn’t lack for options, including a decadent vegan chocolate ice cream. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely be going back.
