Great dinner this Memorial Day . The restaurant was extremely crowded. Our server was efficient and timely. Longer than the usual time gap in between the appetizers and the entrees...but it was Memorial Day weekend at the shore! Our branzino was great and our Chicken Saltimboca was right on point with melted mozzarella and fresh sage. The Fresh bufalo mozzarella was spectacular. We always make reservations well in advance. BYOB. $ 140 for two , including the tip and we shared their homemade tiramisu.

SpiaggettaResponded 1 day agoI understand you are disappointed and I am sorry. Unfortunately, we had an oven malfunctioning that will need to be replaced. We also had to contain a small fire in the kitchen because of it. Sure , that was not our best night and for this we apologize. FYI: The oven will be delivered on Tuesday and we will be ready to deliver up to our highest standards. Thank you for understanding

Have had good meals here over the winter but last night was off. Chicken Saltimbocca rubbery, looked like a piece of melted deli mozzarella (not fresh) on top of ham (not prosciutto ). New upstairs dining area cavernous. Need to break up the space some more for more intimate dining.

We had a fantastic time with the family on Mother's Day weekend. Food and service were great . We shared cioppino clams, calamari and meatballs; plenty for our table of six. The Roman pasta were the favorites at the table but the stuffed flounder special took the gold. Spiaggetta has been a landmark for real Italian cuisine for my family and many of our friends. The homemade tiramisu was worth the calories. Many memories were created here. Kudos to the ownership for being consistent and showing care and passion for the business.

Can't say enough about this experience. The wait staff were all attentive and chef Rob was ever present on the floor stopping at every table the check on the patrons. My wife asked for help in choosing between two entrees and once she chose, chef Rob insisted on giving her a sample of what she missed. The food was outstanding, Rob kept walking by laughing at us as we enjoyed our meal. These folks obviously like what they do and it shows. We will be back

Marco is such a gracious host & the food & service never disappoints. We started with the little neck clams. The broth was so well seasoned we didn’t want to leave a drop. My saltimbocca was delicious as was my husband’s dinner. Just sorry we were too full for dessert❣️

Chicken Parmigiana was way over cooked. Fried to the point that all the edges were hard, burnt and couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Chicken pounded very thin, fried to a crisp with sauce and cheese covering it doesn’t make a good chicken parmigiana dish.

Went for the first time this 2023 season last night. Prices have gone way up and are no longer reasonable in my opinion. Appetizers are $17-$25 and entrees are now $40-$50. The food is good but not that elite level good to charge those prices. And two people in our party are gluten free. When we asked for some gluten free bread to accompany the (free) regular bread, they said there would be an up charge. That’s ridiculous when paying those prices. Bottom line the food is good but I don’t plan to go back at those level prices.

Our server Pina did a great job. This was our first time dining at this restaurant. Our entrees of salmon, and spaghetti with meatballs were delicious. I only gave them 4 stars because we ordered the Romaine salad, and it had so much dressing on it that it was inedible. They graciously took the salad off our bill. We enjoyed the limoncello that the chef and manager brought out to us. We'll be back !!

Good meal at Spiaggetta. It was not crowded so it made for a pleasant evening. Fantastic ministone soup. Rich, hearty and a very large serving. Pasta was great as always. The shrimp w/risotto was good but liked the old recipe a bit better. It was lighter and not as filling. We were too full for dessert. We love this restaurant in the off season. So glad they are open.

We enjoyed our meals even though my spaghetti and meatballs were drowned in way to much sauce. What was disappointing was the limited menu? Our assumption is because it is off season snd only week 2 being open. Hope to see more seafood options on our next visit.

Great food and professional service. We were seated at a cozy table near a window. We ordered the fish of the day , Chilean Bass, and the Limoncello chicken. For appetizers we had a Seafood Bisque and the Rolatini Eggplant. All was hot and timely served. We brought a special bottle of wine since this is a BYOB restaurant and the owner professionally decanted. A must when visiting beautiful Stone Harbor.
