   Comida cotidiana en Roma. A la llegada parecía que el que fuéramos turistas les costaba un poco atendernos. Insistieron si teníamos la reserva y en verla(quizá deberían actualizar más constante su sistema de reservas) Durante la comida el servicio fue bueno y la comida cumplió. La carne estaba ligeramente hecha de más y un poco dura. Sin duda lo mejor las pastas. La chica que cobra es la que presenta mejor sonrisa y mas amable🤷🏻‍♂️

   Sphaeristerium was an excellent dining experience — from beginning to end. The ambiance is modern and surprisingly bright considering the restaurant is underground: which is super cool. The food was authentically Italian with some fun twists. This was our favorite food of the entire trip. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and fluent in English for those who are still working on their Italian language skills. Highly recommend!
