   excellent marks all around. Best meal I've had in long time. We picked a great place to celebrate with friends. We can't wait to come back.

   Wifey had lamb steaks and I had the pork saltimbocca. Both were excellent. Loved the escargot as an app -- brought back memories for my wife when she was in Paris. We also enjoyed listening to the piano man -- good times!

   Went on a Friday night at 7:1The food was 5 pm and they had a piano player who was excellent. The food was all creatively cooked and presented very nicely. The bar and wine parts worked well. Only one problem. They could only take Vimeo or cash that night because their card reader had a problem. Take cash or be ready for that. This place is charming and well worth the visit.

   Oliver is an exceptional waiter, warm and friendly, but professional at the same time. The bruschetta was excellent, as was the chicken liver appetizer. I was thrilled that there were anchovies for my Caesar salad, too. We have never been disappointed at Sperata.

   Very disorganized took 2 1/2 hours to dine. Food was good not great highly priced and small entree selections. When presented bill server states our credit card machine is down need cash or Venmo then says I’m sure this was explained to us when reservation was made. And NO it wasn’t disclosed since reserved through Open Table. I asked for Venmo account they hand write it for me but it’s incorrect and server begins to want to explain how to use Venmo at which point things went downhill rapidly. I use Venmo weekly if they’d given me correct information the 1st time everything would’ve been handed. Much better options in vicinity.

   I had written a negative review about this restaurant because they denied me a table without a reservation, and it was true that they were sold out that particular night. Decided to actually try the foods first:) The meals were outstanding, flavored right and so tender all the way. Service was impeccable too. Fish of the day was heavenly, the lamb was as delicious as reported and the bread pudding was awesomely great! will come back again. Very soon.

   We had a wonderful Easter Meal-the special Easter menu advertised was not available for the $55 per person, but the full menu was available. It is a lovely place for an adult gathering or special date night-I probably wouldn't recommend for young children, but a lot of teens might enjoy it too for a special family occasion.
