   My wife, Amy, and I had a wonderful birthday meal! The service by Didio was exemplary. You should buy him a coffee! The food was fantastic and we enjoyed it immensely, twice (we took some home!). We will return.

   Their AC might have been broken the dining room was about 85 degrees.

   Was slightly loud as it was a busy Mother’s Day but servers and staff were attentive and polite. Se of the best steaks we’ve had in the area! We’ll definitely be back.

   Spencer’s was amazing. The food was awesome. We had the calamari for an appetizer. 8oz waygu with peppercorn sauce. And that was spot on. We also had the halibut and it was delicious. The only thing was that they are very high priced. You will not be able to eat for two there and stay under $100. We also had one drink a piece and a bottle of wine. Total was $250. All and all amazing place to try for a date night!

   I reserved this evening event on Open Table. I mentioned in the comments section of Open Table I was looking for the private room. I heard nothing from Spencers for a couple of days, so I called directly to the restaurant. Person I spoke to told me private room was unavailable, but that I could present my slide deck in the dining room. Then the day of my meeting, I get a mesage that I cannot present any AV in the dining room. So I had to either cancel my meeting on short notice, or scramble around for a monitor to display my slide deck from PC. The staff did what they could to support the event, but overall I was most disappointed in the whole reservation process. Needs work.

   Food was just so so. For a high end steak house the quality is just not there. NY steak was loaded with gristle and mostly tough.

    Went for restaurant week and was so impressed with the food. I will definitely be back such great steak and the dessert was so delicious. I highly recommend trying the naughty balls!

    First time trying Spencer’s and we were impressed. We ordered the restaurant week menu. First I had apple pecan salad, then flirt and the apple hand pie for dessert. Our waiter was attentive and warm. He made sure we loved everything we ordered and made the meal even better. I wish I had gotten his name, I think it started with a G, but he was amazing. We will be back.

    Attended for restaurant week. Good selection. Allowed us to do a substitution. Steak was more overdone than ordered but still was very tasty. Good service. Ambience is a little old inside. Crowd was older. Very good meal overall.

    Food was great, but the prices are high for the overall experience. Not much ambiance or views and the noise levels were high. The proximity to other people was very close, not much separation between tables. I felt like other folks were part of our table that's how close we were. .

We do have to rearrange tables to make sure we can accommodate all the 2 top love birds dining with us.     Mac & cheese that I love now has very strong Italian seasoning that overwhelms the whole dish. Hash browns that were swimming in oil. The Halibut was nice.

    We had a nice booth, but the vent on the ceiling above us was haphazardly covered with plastic which was secured with blue painters tape. There were heaters set in between the booths. Did they have a leak? No explanation from the staff. Our waiter came and took pour drink order. About 15 minutes later the drinks arrived. We ordered. About 30 minutes later, he brought both our appetizers and salads at the same time. That’s ok, but not the way it’s supposed to happen. The beet and citrus salad was good if you skipped the sliced lemon (too tart!) and stayed with the orange. The main entrees were fine. Pork chop and chicken chop. We waited about a half hour to see our waiter again and get the table cleared and the check. It was fine. Nothing horrible and nothing great. We’re going to find somewhere else to go next time we’re in town.

    We thought the service, food and quality was great for News Year Eve. Our waiter was in our area AND working the far side of the restaurant, which was hard on him and he apologized several times which wasn’t necessary. We just felt bad for him

    Hit or Miss - I have been dining at Spencer’s since it opened as a premier steakhouse in Spokane. It is not what it used to be. The steaks we had on this visit were very mediocre. I still love the quiet ambiance and décor, and our server, Tia, was excellent, but the meal was below what I have become use to expecting at Spencer’s.

    Our server I think (Jess) she was amazing! Tried the Zabuton it was pretty good but not my favorite. Husband loved chicken blt on bar menu, loaded hash browns were amazing. Husband had huckleberry lemon drop, I had a tequila huckleberry lemon drop per my preference. Will definitely be back.

    There was one server, overworked. I was given an unrecognizable piece of meat that was not the NY Strip I ordered. 10 minute wait between being served potatoes and the meats. I will NEVER go back.
