Love the crab cakes. My friend girl had the shrimp scampi and it was awesome. I liked the filet mignon
Limited menu. Overpriced. I would expect these prices down town bellevue or Seattle not the SeaTac Hilton...
For crab cakes as an appetizer, two side Caesar salads and one cocktail it was $75.
The cocktail was not great.
Went for Valentine's Day and even though it was busy, service was great. Steaks were very good.
Extremely cold in dining room ... Under 60 degrees ? ... Even servers were complaining ... Need better heating backup system when cold out
Terribly overpriced. Bowl of soup $25, salad $25. Would not go back
Excellent food. I was a little disappointed in the wine, but the food and service was top notch.
We enjoyed Spencers. The menu was not close to what the website said it would be. Very limited menu - maybe because it was Christmas, but....that was not a Christmas menu.
Our server, Tracy, was wonderful. No rush but timely service between courses. Friendly, but not overdone.
The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The portion sizes were huge! It was a very pleasant dinner.
Waiter was extremely helpful in wine selection. A bit pricey for a hotel restaurant, even if a steak house.
Ahi was fishy smelling. Good fish does not smell.
Risotto was under cooked with little taste.
New York was average.
Waiter was friendly and helpful.
New York prices without quality.
The restaurant is way too bright
I ordered two appetizers, an 6 oz piece of beef, a side of veg, and two cocktails..... the bill was $150.00!! Ended up each menus item was treated as alecarte. My bad, didn’t spend the time price shopping, just thought I would order what fit my diet restrictions. Thought the staff might make it fair. Oh well, it’s a hotel restaurant. Captive audience.
We ate here for a business dinner. Service was great, food excellent, and convenient since we were staying at the hotel.
If I am going to spend $150 before tip for 2 on dinner I expect to enjoy a meal better than I could do at home. It wasn’t. I suppose it was beyond expectations for a hotel venue at SeaTac. I didn’t leave hungry, just disappointed. Over cooked fish, over priced 6 oz. strip steak that was just ok, glass of wine markup that is infuriating. Should I be so picky? Yep.
We made the reservation at Spencer's because we were staying at the Hilton, entertaining relatives living near Seattle but didn't want to rent a car to meet them as we had an early flight out the following morning. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! We expected a decent meal. What we got was five great meals! Three of us order meat, two ordered fish. All were excellent; the meat perfectly cooked to order and incredibly tasty; the fish cooked but still moist. The appetizers were equally excellent: the oysters cold and tasting as if they had just been harvested; the Capresse made with heritage tomatoes and wonderful creamy cheese. Everything was truly excellent.
So good that we two travelers ate there on our return trip through Seattle International. If we lived in Seattle, we would make it a destination restaurant.
Way overpriced with average food and small portions
Great service and excellent steak. Had the chefs special a 16 oz. Ribeye and it was perfect.
Oysters, onion soup, and crab cakes were good. Rib eye and king salmon were OK. Halibut was overcooked therefore dry. Wine wasn't ready/aged. Our server was knowledgeable. All staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
14 oz pork chop excellent, halibut very good, Cesar salad could use a little more dressing, asparagus very good, whipped potatoes good flavor, tasty apple pie and two premium drinks. all for $50 less than Ruth Chris. Classy environment.
We enjoyed the oysters, meat balls and crab cakes. Service was very good. We enjoyed our dinner.
Food was okay. It lacked originality. Waiter was very good.. If you are hungry, don't want fast food, want a quiet spot and in a hurry for lunch this place will work. If you are looking for fine dining, I try another place first.
Beautiful experience for my husband's birthday. We'll definitely be back!
Excellent in every way. A bit pricey but knew that going in. Service was phenomenal as was the food
Parking was very difficult. The valet was backed up and I had to park several blocks away. The food was pretty good, but I paid 148 dollars for a steak that was under cooked. My wife’s salad was fishy. Very overpriced. Excellent service and our server was very attentive and friendly.
Food was amazing, but the service was even better. Our waitress made great recommendations for wine and food. She was spot on and our group enjoyed ourselves immensely.
Good food, service, clean, even a spot open on Valentines day. But the prices are too high for what I can get elsewhere.
Nice restaurant that is attached to a hotel. On the expensive side - more for business travel than a date atmosphere. We enjoyed the food and the service was great.
It’s always a winning experience w excellent service
It’s my go-to place when staying @ the Hotel. Great service & good, well prepared food w gracious service. Great varied menu in quiet atmosphere!
I look forward 2 my next time!
Everything was great, especially the fish and chips.....perfect!
Great thanksgiving day
Real fresh best
Steak and service are top of the line. I had eleven folks at a business dinner and everyone was very pleased with their meal and the efficiency of our server.
He even discovered I had doubled upon the tip and came a told me and then had a new bill for me to sign without the additional 20% attached.
Most of us had burgers and fries which was very delicious and came out quickly. I had a nice fresh and crispy salad with just the right amount of dressing. I also had the calamari which was fantastic.
I like the atmosphere and the food came out quickly.
Waitress was great.
Just average at best,,,ran out of Filets on a Friday night,,, out of ingredients to make specialty cocktails, I'm not sure why the $3.00 charge for bread,, especially when you're spending $400.00 for four for dinner,,,
The food was great, the service by Rada wonderful!
Brussels sprouts were totally raw but braised the first time around, then undercooked but all made right w Rada who offered solutions. We ended up returning the order!
She is a GEM!
The steaks were of the poorest and cheapest quality I have ever had at a steak house. Extremely overpriced and served without any garnish. The steak was basically very chewy and dry.
After a stressful day of travel, we really needed a place to unwind. We found just what we needed at Spencer's! Great food, good wine, and nice atmosphere. The waitress thought our request to have our streak medium well was odd, but when we described how we like our steak to look when cooked agreed that medium well was correct. After dinner, we were then able to go back to our room at the Hyatt. We liked the Hyatt other than the neighbors next door with the loud children.
Our server was excellent - wish I could remember her name.
For the food and level of service, this is an expensive restaurant. However, it is comparable to other, similar venues.
