Overall, good experience. The only negative was it seemed to take the food longer than expected to be prepared.

Wife’s Crab cakes were cold and the Benedict sauce was broken. My filet was probably sitting under a heat lamp and got dried out.

We had an amazing night at Speers. I don’t think a lot of people know about them yet which is a shame. The drinks were phenomenal and not too expensive- loved the dessert menu had dessert drinks- wait staff was extremely considerate and helpful with menu selection (thanks Kelly!) I liked the ambience it felt like each spot had its space and privacy which I prefer. Oysters could’ve been shucked cleaner but loved the toppings provided- otherwise this is our new favorite spot!

The service was good, but to take 3 hours for a meal was excessive. The delivery of the food was erratic and the meat was cool despite the wait. I in no way fault the server, but the process needs improvement along with quality. The steak tartare was excellent. The grilled oysters were disappointing. The filets were cold and not remarkable. Additional we had added bernaise sauce which was not provided. Disappointed.

I loved the crab cake, wagyu, and my wine! I will definitely be going again. I didn’t like the fries at all, but I’ll just choose a different side next time.

Service outstanding, food delicious and ambience excellent. Try the Chilean Sea Bass, you won’t regret ordering it. The occasion, birthday celebration. The staff placed flowers at the table and presented the birthday girl with a delicious dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We were there on Tuesday night so it was a pleasant quiet atmosphere. We opted to dine at the bar and our bartender/server, Magee, was outstanding. I had the 2nd best lemon drop martini I ever had (best at Le Bernardin NYC) - my only comment would be to use a lighter brown sugar for glass rim. My dining companions both opted for the pork chop entree. They were both happy with their choice. From appearance of the cut chops, I felt that the one ordered medium was just a bit underdone; the one ordered as medium-rare, to me, was somewhat overdone. Both diners said their chops were tender, moist, flavorful and the only reason they did not eat all of it was the very generous-sized portion. One of us had shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were jumbo sized and per the diner -perfect. An order of au gratin potatoes was their choice. They said potatoes were perfectly cooked and the cheese and butter sauce was evenly and generously distributed. I had Chilean sea bass with a side of mushroom risotto. The fish was tender and the crusted topping flavors enhanced the delicate flavor of the bass. I thought the mushroom risotto was a bit bland. We will certainly go back and try steaks and the lamb next visit!!
