The service was outstanding, the food delicious. Very quiet, lighting was perfect, drinks were great. Tables are well spaced out. My date and I had a phenomenal date night. Cannot wait to be back.

I was there with my family of four for the Christmas buffet, the second Christmas at the downtown location (Buckhead closed). Everything was great with one exception--a woman sang in a voice so loud it was difficult to have a conversation with my family--truly annoying. I suggest cutting out the singing entirely or perhaps have softly playing Christmas music. The singing was truly disruptive and VERY loud. The personnel are great, very friendly. The food is good and plentiful. I was surprised to have a 25% tip automatically added to my bill when there was only drink table service.

The occasion was Mother's Day and Graduation Day. Since we were out-of-town, we were positively surprised by the attention of the waiters and waitresses. The food was a brunch buffet with many familiar items, but also less familiar. The fish and meats were excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. The room is large, but it was not that noisy. A small band with singer performed hits from the earlier part of the 20th century. Everyone seemed to be having a good time.

This was such a treat. We may make this an annual Easter tradition! The food was incredible. I loved the kids area and the musician provided a nice ambiance.

This is the second year we have attended the Christmas Day event at the Ritz Downtwon (we used to go to Ritz Buckhead, which is now a different hotel). The selection and taste of the food was very good, and the service was spectacular: there were plenty of staff on hand, and they were uniformly upbeat and friendly. One of my guests had a bad back, and they quickly accommodated his situation so that he could sit comfortably. We were particularly pleased with a square table for our party of 8, which made for easier group conversation as opposed to a large round table. We will definately return next year.
