Melbourne is slowly warming up with Spring! To welcome this change we have updated our menu with some delicious additions.

Speakeasy Kitchen team is working on delivering high-quality snacks and dishes with a particular attention to superior quality food suppliers and seasonality of products.

Dishes can easily be shared, or enjoyed individually if you found a winning dish 😉 We are one of the few restaurants on Chapel Street which accepts large group bookings without pre-ordering unless you’re in a rush then pre-ordering can be a great option. We can fit up to 20 guests on the same table so you can mingle away and get a sneaky preview of all the dishes!

                  Beautiful courtyard outback with lots of trees and clever lighting, this helped set the scene for a romantic evening out. Just what we were hoping for: friendly and timely service and well presented and tasty meals. We will definitely be back.

                  it was a very hot day so the restaurant was baking. aircon should have been put on with doors shut way before we arrived there. although our waitress was pleasant, we were kept waiting to order for quite some time due to her being on the phone. moreover, when it came to paying the bill we had to approach the till to get it done as we were in a hurry. food was very nice though.

                  Great location and service. The dinnermenu wasn't that varied, which was the only mark against it, and portions weren't that big unless you went for an old faithful like a burger. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone for an outdoor meal on Chapel!

                  Was surprised to find a lot of their bar menu to be non existent - surprised because it was a Friday night on Chapel Street and we were in a bar. Food was average, but nothing to want to go back for. Dessert was less than average. The atmosphere was good and staff were all pleasant and attentive.
