   Chef Brian draws from his own experiences and knowledge of many cultures to make a tasty menu that takes you around the world. Each dish is filled with multiple sometimes half a dozen inspirations and somehow it works…. For the most part. I am impressed with his use of ingredients and the mixture of them but in a few dishes it felt forced together. Overall we had a wonderful time and will go again to try the other dishes.

   Staff is very knowledgeable about the food and attentive  We had two appetizers, all the side dishes and three entrees. It was some of the best food I have we’ve eaten . It’s a little spendy but I would have this again next time I am in town!

   Great food and maybe even better service...whole experience was great. Sat at bar and Camille and Derek (? now I forget his name...but he was AWESOME). Incredibly enjoyable dining experience...the way it was supposed to be!

   This is a go-to for me each year when I come to Las Vegas. Easily some of the best food for the value. Casual, sexy, elevated food every time. Worth every penny, unlike much of the overhyped celebrity restaurants in town.

   My wife and I were blown away by the chefs tasting menu. We splurged and did their wine pairing with it. Incredible array of tastes and just the right portions. Service was amazing with perfect timing of food and rinks. There was a balance of privacy and presentation. “Last meal” type vibes!!

   Our dinner went beyond expectations! We were a party of 9 celebrating a 50th birthday of a family member. They were so accommodating with our requests. We wanted everything to be perfect and it was! Shout out to Luis, the General Manager who had everything arranged perfectly and shout out to Ruby who took care of us. She helped us order and the food came out at a nice pace. We also had help ordering wines. Overall it was an awesome evening!

   Was feeling peckish after seeing NCT's excellent and elaborately staged version of Murder on the Orient Express at the Judy Bayley Theatre, and fortunately managed to snag a reservation at Sparrow+Wolf's bar at opening. Plenty of new options for Spring! Peace Dove ($19): A gently creamy, subtly earthy, lightly sweet and sour refreshing creation from Camille. Hearts of Palm ($21): Deceptively small in size but packed with the crunchy main vegetable, with sweet firm peas boosting the garden fresh flavors. What's the Tea ($16; comped): This cocktail was the brainchild of Drew. Transportive scent, beautifully balanced, cute and cozy. Robiola Agnolotti ($28): About half-a-dozen stuffed pillows in a frothy mushroom-meaty broth, pungent and mouthwatering. Returned after a trip to the movies for dessert. Crème Puff ($15): Might be my favourite iteration yet, thanks to the generous sprinkling of pistachios and strawberry slices decorating the decadent chantilly swirled atop the flaky pasty, with a just an herbaceous hint for contrast. St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur ($15, comped): Tasty perky finish. Value: Well worth it all for creative takes using off-beat and/or uncommon ingredients. Atmosphere: Convivial. Service: Always delightful from Drew, Camille, Cameron, and Nick, enhancing an already lovely and satisfying food and drink experience.
