First off, the food was outstanding. We chose the chef’s tasting menu which consisted of 7 courses from both on and off the main menu, that the chef chooses after you order, along with the paired beverages. The server was great in making sure that we at least got to try a couple of selections from the main menu that we were interested in, so it wasn’t totally random. The sommelier also did an outstanding job of pairing each beverage and telling us a little bit about how the pairing choices were made. Food-wise, the seared foie gras served atop bone marrow, and the braised lamb neck were our favorites. 5/5 stars, we will definitely be back!

This is officially my new fav restaurant in Las Vegas!!! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding. Must trys: Romanesco, Japanese sweet potato, and the honey toast!

Food tasted very good but oddly was on the cold side. Nothing was truly hot. Bone marrow might not have been cooked through (pretty red, seemed odd).

Two person dinner, as recommended did the sharing small plates. Ordered 8 items or so. Thought they would stagger them some, but the brought food out faster than we could possibly eat it. Since it came out 'warm' at best, this made it worse as food cooled further as we tried to eat at the pace the served us.

While the concept was small plates, some the physical plates were not small making trying to stuff 8 plates on the table at one time near impossible. A lot of time for the person bringing food out trying to figure out how to get the plates on the the table.

I thought the server had indicated they would bring the plates out in a logical order, so we were surprised when we were flooded by food. And the bread came out 4th.

WOW this place was very disappointing. I feel bad for all these high reviewers, I feel like they may have never experienced great cuisine. I realize tastes differ, but I can’t imagine they differ this greatly! Service was perfect and the restaurant was small and nice, no complaints in that category. Attentive, attractive waitress was the highlight. I hear many high praises for the cocktails here but mine was okay at best and my wives was almost undrinkable. We tried six plates. From bad to barely good, this place is a HUGE pass. We literally left angry from disappointment. Normally I would say give it a shot because tastes differ, but this was so bad I can’t this time. For the higher price it isn’t worth the gamble.

This was an excellent location for our small team building dinner while in Las Vegas. The shared apps and entrees were very artfully produced and reflected the highest quality and attention to detail. Cocktails were intriguing and well balanced, wine selections were very well curated for our dishes and desserts did not disappoint! A rare find that must be shared with others.

Stand out dishes: fresh oysters with warm shiitake mushroom vinaigrette, seared fois gras, Santa Barbara sea urchin crepe, and dry-aged porterhouse. Good cocktails. Nice cozy ambiance. It's not cheap but worth the price. Highly recommended.

It's nice to get away from the Strip. It was a short Lyft ride (about $8). Truly a great place for foodies. We were debating about the tasting menu as the table next to us did that with the wine pairing. We had the octopus, lamb bolognese, sweet potato, foie gras, steelhead trout dip. That was plenty for the two of us!
Everything was excellent. The other table next to us had the porterhouse. They couldn't finish the whole thing. I was tempted to ask them if they wanted to sell me their leftovers but they had them to wrapped to go.

Also had a nice conversation with John, one of the partners.

This was our 2nd time eat there — a year apart. We had the tasty menu with wine pairing. Excellent!!!! We consider this meal one of the best in our lives. It was so adventurous in terms of combining known ingredients with new twists. The wine was also unique and from unexpected places.
We will be back in January.

Great, energetic vibe. Excellent flavors - we loved the grilled octopus, white asparagus and the brussel sprouts special. The foie gras of the day was also delicious - if you have never had foie gras this is the place to try it! The osso buco tortellini is rich with a lovely sauce and you just can't go wrong with shrimp in olive oil and butter! There is a terrific selection of unique, flavorful craft cocktails as well.

I kept hear about sparrow and wolf from all my friends, so as a foodie I decided to partake on my birthday to see what all the hype was. I made a reservation because I knew it got busy. First impression as I arrived was good the ambience was nice, they seated us right away and asked if we wanted water we said yes then I asked for one of their special drinks. The water came right away however the cocktail took about 30min people seated after us got their drinks before us so it was obvious that they forgot so instead of just saying they forgot they said the bar is super busy which was a lie. I ordered the special which was pork belly with apples on top it was good but small very small especially for the $35 price tag and the apples were non existent. My wife got the white asparagus which was delicious but again tiny. After we ate we paid the manager because our waitress was no where to be found. We were still extremely hungry after our $100 dinner so we went for Thai food. All and all I will not be going back. Not worth the hype.

Food was a hit and miss. Ordered several dishes to share. Bone marrow was nearly disintegrated that there was almost nothing left to spread on the very hard to chew pieces of rock hard bread served with the bone marrow. Shrimp in olive oil was superb as was the lamb neck but the lamb bolonese was salty and the noodles chewy.

This wondrous culinary experience was suggested by a chef colleague and my pallet was not disappointed . From the Lambs neck to the sesame crullers the meal was far from ordinary and that is just what I was liking for .
