Going to get back for that lamb neck looked delicious but the 32 ounce was just too much lol
My favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! I always bring visitors here and they always love it. The food and service are outstanding!
Delicious with fine ingredients.
Prices are reasonable for the fine quality.
A great experience.
The Staff and the menu were both amazing. Super stoked we got to experience this place.
The service was extremely slow, we had been done with all of our appetizers before our drinks finally came out. Ended up sending our main courses back as they came out cold. Was a miss of a night!
A little off the beaten path, don’t judge it by the outside. Amazing hidden gem, great value, amazing service and cocktails! Blown away!
Fabulous inventive food served in small plates that are generously sized. Excellent cocktails. Owner stopped by our table twice; very sociable and welcoming. Fabulous complementary birthday dessert.
We truly enjoyed the unique menu selections, the great staff and the decor. Seats at the bar were comfortable. We will be back.
We loved it! Strip quality and lower prices. cool interior and great service. would go again and recommend. Take a break from the Vegas strip and check out Chinatown and this place!
Menu a little unfamiliar and unusual at first but loved every dish. Do yourself a favor and dont hesitatecto pay the 5 bucks for the bread and butter...you will not regret it!
I kept hear about sparrow and wolf from all my friends, so as a foodie I decided to partake on my birthday to see what all the hype was. I made a reservation because I knew it got busy. First impression as I arrived was good the ambience was nice, they seated us right away and asked if we wanted water we said yes then I asked for one of their special drinks. The water came right away however the cocktail took about 30min people seated after us got their drinks before us so it was obvious that they forgot so instead of just saying they forgot they said the bar is super busy which was a lie. I ordered the special which was pork belly with apples on top it was good but small very small especially for the $35 price tag and the apples were non existent. My wife got the white asparagus which was delicious but again tiny. After we ate we paid the manager because our waitress was no where to be found. We were still extremely hungry after our $100 dinner so we went for Thai food. All and all I will not be going back. Not worth the hype.
Food is consistently awesome. Love trying new items. Chef Brian keeps the menu slightly changing so there's always something new to try. Service is always outstanding. Feel like at home when we go.
Just love this place. Both the food and drink menu give you unique and delicious options, often combinations you’d not have thought of yourself. Great place to go if you want to get a number of items and share.
Very small dishes. Food was just OK. Prices were expensive. Drinks were very good though.
Food was a hit and miss. Ordered several dishes to share. Bone marrow was nearly disintegrated that there was almost nothing left to spread on the very hard to chew pieces of rock hard bread served with the bone marrow. Shrimp in olive oil was superb as was the lamb neck but the lamb bolonese was salty and the noodles chewy.
I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Always good food, menu is always changing so new surprises all the time.
Awesome experience. Unique and flavorful. Highly recommend.
Service was top-notch excellent will definitely return to this local restaurant.
This wondrous culinary experience was suggested by a chef colleague and my pallet was not disappointed . From the Lambs neck to the sesame crullers the meal was far from ordinary and that is just what I was liking for .
Beyond expensive. My husband paid $267.00 for samples. The octopus was over cooked and the lamb bolognese tastes exactly like the way canned dog food smells. A glass of wine cost $19, what the hell? The ambience is cool but very dark, the dishes are black and large but deceiving, you think you have a healthy meal coming your way but its just a large dish housing about 4 bites worth of food. Dont' misunderstand, I knew this was a "tapas style" restaurant prior to going, however the reviews said that the dishes where larger than "tapas" (maybe they meant the DISHES) This was an expensive learning lesson for my husband I and it definitely gave us an anniversary story to remember. Expect to buy a burger on your way home from your favorite fast food joint.
Overall amazing food, service, and atmosphere is great! It's bit on the loud side but it's manageable. Definitely coming back soon!!
Our food was excellent! So creative and different from anything we've had. Give that kitchen staff a raise! Outstanding service as well. Highly recommend this place.
Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Everyone at the table felt the same.
My wife and I loved everything about Sparrow & Wolf. One of the best meals we have had in Las Vegas. The service was very good! We will return.
Dining here is always an incredible experience of new creations by chef Brian!
We loved the menu and how we were treated. amongst the dishes we ordered the duck and the chef wasn't happy with it so they made good. The menu is more tapas style to share and explore. It was my wife's birthday and they even gave her the desert of her choice with Happy Birthday on it. Far better service than we have experienced in some of the big named Vegas restaurants with equal quality of food and presentation.
Always excellent! The presence of the owners/chef is apparent. Food is consistently really good, drinks are great and overall great service.
I was less enamored of this restaurant than many reviewers. I have to say up front that we are quasi vegetarian so we did not try any of the meat main courses, which may be great. But our impression from the vegetable dishes and one fish dish was that the chef is young and full of ideas but has not yet really learned how to cook! There were lots of bold flavor combinations and everything was very complex - but none of it really enhanced the vegetables themselves except in one case (the white asparagus in béarnaise was very good). Otherwise the vegetables themselves were nearly raw and there was no real harmony in the dishes. The trout roe dish with chips was overly rich - I could barely finish half of it. But the chips with nori powder were addictive. (I do love nori!) Overall we left unsatisfied.
Excellent romanesco! Also lovey quince, I think, on the charcuterie plate.
Direct quote from my husband, “one of the best meals of my life.” As a visitor to town, this was well worth the trip off the strip.
If you do it right, and try some of everything and be sure to share- you unfortunately won’t have room for dessert! From the oysters to veggies to entrees to drinks everything was packed full of complimentary flavors! Perfect special occasion or date night spot.
Service was excellent!
Had a phenomenal meal, friendly environment, excellent service!
Chef inspired food, great service! Not dining on a budget but definitely worth it! Will be back
Great place for unique, inventive and most importantly delicious food. Wifey and I eat out quite a bit so we are a bit jaded as far as places like this. We will definitely will come back again.
We knew this was tapas going in but were misled on the portion sizes when we asked the server. Drinks were pretty good and creative. The food was good but not a lot of variety on the menu. If you are into a unique tapas experience, then I would recommend this restaurant.
Farm to table does not mean the same thing in Las Vegas as in other parts of the country. The food was not from local areas and was well prepared but not entirely special. The lamb tartare was very good. Cocktails were ingenuitive and enjoyable.
Very professional and courteous staff. Amazing cocktails. Adventurous menu with ingredients like bone marrow, kefir, coconut streusel, Chinese 5 spice, duck confit. Too much to list. Every ingredient was allowed to shine on its own. Small shareable plates with elegant cocktails makes this a perfect place to take someone that you are getting to know. It is NOT the place if you have diet restrictions, or are not an explorer of world flavors. They tried their best to accommodate the list of exclusions for the table next to us, so either way, give them a try!
The food and the service were fantastic. However, when we walked into the restaurant, there was a strong sewer odor. We almost left because it was very unpleasant. They need to fix the plumbing.
We enjoyed the food and ambiance very much. We could have used more guidance from the server and also more explanation of the food being delivered.
We have all been to many shared plates restaurants and understand the concept very well. With that being said a breakdown of the menu as to how many people are able to share each plate would be helpful. Letting groups know that in advance help the ordering process go more smoothly and make it a more enjoyable experience for all.
Lovely food and our waiter was great! Been to a lot of the hotel restaurants on the strip and this was miles better
Great Food, Great service, Fantastic restaurant! Server was very helpfull in figuring out the menu!!!
