Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque.     Our server had a fantastic demeanor. However, the overall experience was disappointing. We had a 12 pm reservation and the restaurant opened late. We were seated and had a great interaction with our server. Our food was late as it turned out the "rice" person was late and this delayed all four of us having some of our food delayed to the point that three people in our party just cancelled their order. One order (the only order that was requested by me) was fried rice and it was too oily and obviously rushed so it was not very tasty. The manager did come to our table and had a good attitude. We will be trying it again hoping that the overall experience will live up to what we have heard.

    Restaurant was not busy on a Saturday night. Service was slow and awkward. Hot and sour soup had to be returned. Wagyu steak bites were very chewy. Presentation was good but main course flavor was bland and boring. This was our second time there. We won’t return.

    Went to the restaurant because both the outside signage and the OpenTable reservation said they served brunch. We showed up when they opened and were told, "our cooks all quit last week so we only have one cook so we're just doing the dinner menu". That was certainly not why we came and it was a pricey but not very memorable meal.

    Very very pricey but the ambiance and atmosphere is really nice! Perfect for a date night or special occasion. Food was good but overpriced.

    Absolutely amazing experience! The food and drinks were excellent, my favorite was the lobster wonton, so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, and our server went above and beyond to take care of us. I was celebrating a bestie anniversary, and she truly made it feel special. This is by far the best restaurant I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to others. I’ll be coming back as a regular for sure. Thank you so much for making our night memorable!
