    unique restaurant with great food, appetizers, and ambiance, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. The restaurant had a unique charm with an atmosphere that made me feel like I was in a cozy southern plantation. The food was definitely the highlight of the experience. However, the service was quite slow, and the waiters seemed to be ignoring customers. They seemed to be preoccupied with other things, and it was hard to get their attention when we needed something. It was quite frustrating, and it definitely put a damper on the experience. Overall, while the food and ambiance were fantastic, the poor service was a major drawback. If the restaurant could improve its service, it would be a top-notch dining destination. However, until then, I would hesitate to recommend it to others.

    Subtle, quiet ambience where one can actually converse with your companions, and the wait staff, without raising one's voice. Service was outstanding and the food choices excellent. I do wish they had hand held menus, even laminated, instead of QR. But no big deal, they even have mini pads if you forget your phone.

    My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at SOW Plated this Saturday evening. The ambiance is very inviting, with pleasant lighting and furnishings and ample space between guests. Our server was charming and very helpful. My wife really enjoyed her pad thai, and my white fish was exceptional. The garlic umami sauce works so well with the fish and the accompaniment of kale, potato and asparagus. We will return soon.

    The food came quickly, nice temperature, and nice presentation. Was sorry they didn’t offer regular tea. Noise level was too loud. We had a hard time hearing our table mates. Perhaps outside would have been better, but too hot.

    I have dietary restrictions which were communicated to the chef and the manager the day before dining. When I went for lunch, the salad they made for me was HUGE, colorful and delicious! I dine with a friend and we had much to discuss. While there were lots of people around, it was still easy to hear one another without straining. It's also a neat place and has a nice atmosphere. Someday, I'd like to sit at the bar as it's really cool. I cannot wait to return and I highly recommend.

    This was my first time at this restaurant as I'm not local to Columbus. I took a group out for dinner and was super impressed. Will definitely return next time I am in town. The food was out. of this world.

    The dishes were clearly although not necessarily accurately labeled gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy free. For example, the interesting looking Ancient Grain Salad had been labeled GF. When I saw the first ingredient was farro, I knew that couldn’t be right. I asked my server about it and was told that their farro was gluten free but she’d check with the chef. She returned assuring me that I was correct, it was a typo and I see today online that it has been corrected. However when I had asked if I could get the salad without the farro, I was told it was already mixed. I found the fact that a salad such as that being pre-mixed rather than assembled to order a little off-putting in an establishment that seems to pride themselves on freshness. All in all, the menu, while extremely interesting, was so heavy on cilantro (I am amongst the 4 to 21% who find cilantro to be disgusting and inedible), and/or almonds (which are unfortunately a migraine trigger for me) that I found my choices to be fairly limited. The several pesto dishes looked appealing except for the fact that the pesto itself was made from, you guessed it, cilantro. We ordered and shared the toasted Brussels, the Faroe Island salmon, the pad Thai with shrimp, and the Yuzu pie. The presentation of all the dishes was wonderful. It all looked deliciously inviting. The salmon was prepared excellently and was extremely tasty. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the other dishes. The Brussels sprouts were flavorless, dry and undercooked. There was very little fennel and golden raisin gremolata, The gremolata was delicious and a bit more of it would have gone a long way in making the dish more flavorful. So would a dash of salt or lemon zest. The pad Thai was also quite dry. The predominant flavor was simply the mild heat from the coconut curry, which had no coconut taste at all. The yuzu pie was interesting but bland.

    We sat at a high top prior to a private party coming in. We weren’t there long before a very large group (80+) arrived. We were basically taken over, our server was lost to tend to the bar, and we could no longer hear ourselves talk across the table. They should have just never sat us there.

    The way I was greeted upon my arrival was an indication that I was about to have a relaxing and carefully curated experience. Everything from the welcome of the hostess, to the spare but opulent decor, to the knowledgeable server to the menu offerings spoke volumes about the care that had been taken to assure my satisfaction. The menu suggested entrees that would be both healthful and flavorful. My server answered my questions with a careful attention to detail that promised a satisfying meal. The promise was kept.

    Took 25 minutes to get drinks. We ordered an appetizer (brussel sprouts) they came back cold and under cooked. We ordered our dinner and they came back and they were out of salmon and out of the cheeseburger. We left after that. it was $44 for 2 drinks and an appetizer.

    I took my wife and two kids to dinner; we were looking forward to having burgers. When we went to go order the server told us they had ran out of burgers. Would have been nice to know that when we were told the specials. We than told the server we needed more time and when we were ready to order it took forever for them to come back. The food we did get ok. overall service was slow.

    Was sat on time - which is a feat @ brunch on Mother's Day. Sat on the patio. Patio isn't structured well to put tables at along the edge- so the table was at a sharp angle/uneven and wobbled the whole time. It was also very very crowded. Inside looked nice. Cocktails were amazing. Cucumber is just like drinking a juiced cucumber. Very good. Espresso Martini - very good tasting put the pour was super light - Half of it was foam and it was filled halfway (including the foam). So I would watch that. My wife's food was very good. Large portions. However, I ordered the shakshuka and was greeted with raw egg whites and an over done yolk. Exact opposite of what it should be. Pretty much was inedible after that. Service attention was as expected for how busy they were - felt a little uncomfortable for how long we waited to been seen after being sat and given it was our first time there - we got the messaging for the resturant (back story, theme, etc.) from the waiter and it seemed a little preachy and judgemental. Overall, was super disappointed by the food mostly and the patio. Would go back to sit at the bar, but mostly likely won't return with the family. The person bringing my food should have never let that get to the table. The issue was obvious.

    The service was worst I’ve experienced in years. It took 1.75 hours til we were served our salads. Appetizers were served at different times from each other. We had to ask for the last person to be served her drink. After an hour and a half the server told us the salads had to be remade because they put onions in them when we asked for none. The salads were finally served and they were drenched in dressing. And the person who ordered pad Thai was served it cold - evidently it sat there while the salads were being redone. The table next to us turned over twice while we waited for our food. It was really a shame as we like this restaurant. No manager came to see how things were as managers usually do.

    I have dietary restrictions and have dined here several times. I emailed the chef the week before I was meeting a friend for lunch to let him know I was coming so he could prepare. (He has done a great job for me in the past.) I then called 3 days prior to reconfirm my dietary restrictions and, once again, discussed them upon checking in. The hostess said they had me covered. When the server came to take our order, she was not aware of the dietary restrictions. After giving them to her, a manager then came over to inquire. My goal was to avoid all of this so the staff wouldn't be scrambling last minute and I wouldn't embarrass my friend. So much for that. After all the fanfare, the chef made a lovely and compliant salad for lunch. (I did need to request more lettuce to bulk it up but it was tasty, nonetheless.) I would recommend this restaurant in the future and plan to return. I will ask to speak with the chef before coming so he's not caught off guard in the future.

    I hate the cell phone only menus. It’s hard to glance at the sections you want and more importantly, I am there to catch up with friends and the first few minutes we are all staring at our individual devices. For a place that prides itself on mental health, starting a meal staring at a phone and not interacting with your table mates is a poor choice. Otherwise the ambience is lovely. I just hate cell phone menus.

    First time experiencing the restaurant. Very nice, outdoor patio is much quieter than inside. Food was very good. Tuna was overcooked but overall great experience.

    Our dinner was great! I had the daily sustainably sources fish, which is always good. Tonight it was red snapper! I also sampled another of their eclectic non-alcoholic drinks - grapefruit cinnamon! My dining companion got the poke (fantastic) and loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

    I love this place. Great outdoor area. Bar is nice and spacious. Hummus was to die for as well as the steak tacos. My friends had braised ribs & fish ~ delicious. Roasted cauliflower & sweet potatoes did not disappoint either.
