   SOVA was an absolutely fantastic experience, from the service to the food, the ambience and a great value for superb food. Would recommend to everyone visiting Prague. I even introduced it to Czech friends who will definitely go back and take their friends

   A great restaurant with exceptional cuisine. The service was excellent and the dessert: panna cotta with ice cream (of basil and lemon) - you really have to try it!!! Thanks for the wonderful evening!

   Wonderful small basement restaurant off a side street near Pavlova metro. Not the easiest place to find but once there we were made very welcome and the food was outstanding. Reasonable selection of dishes with some good wines. Excellent value and highly recommended.

    This was booked as our last evening dinner before we departed home to Canada. Our reservation was for 7pm but then our flight was cancelled for the next day and we had to make an unscheduled trip to the airport and back. We contacted Sova to let them know we would be late. As it transpired we were over an hour and a half late but they were very gracious and welcomed us into the restaurant. The service was awesome once again and the staff are so fabulous. We chose different dishes from the menu this time and were very pleased with the items we chose. Beef Cheeks were a top choice as was the Beer Ice Cream. The ice cream was served with smoking cream from using dry ice. Another amazing evening. If you can fit a trip to this restaurant into your schedule please do.

    Our experience was fabulous from the moment we entered Sova. The staff were very courteous and spoke English to us very well. They had a good sense of humour when we tried to speak Czech. My recommendation is to get a reservation. All our food was so unique. It was served beautifully. The cocktail menu is also very interesting. Some great combinations. The have a smoked carp salad which I served under a smoking glass dome. You really have to experience this restaurant. The man on the table next to us proposed to his girlfriend right there. She said Yes and the staff brought over complimentary champagne. How nice is that. Congratulations to Sova on an excellent evening for my husband and I.

    Excellent food and service. If you want huge portions, go somewhere else. If you want good value elegant fine dining, then I would highly recommend Sova. Attentive service and the menu eclectic with great tastes.

    Die Menschen in der Küche und im Service verstehen ihr Handwerk. Ganz im Gegensatz zu den Menschen, die für die Inneneinrichtung verantwortlich sind. Tipp: verlangen sie einen Tisch im hinteren Teil des Lokals, dort ist das Ambiente ein bisschen gemütlicher.
