Das Restaurant Souxe Meze in München befindet sich in der Maxvorstadt, genauer in der Feilitzschstraße. Wenn du griechisches Essen magst, bist du hier genau richtig gelandet. Nicht das typisch griechische Standardessen, wie man es bei uns sonst kennt. Gyros mit Pommes gibt's hier nicht. Man bestellt Mezedes, so eine Art Tapas, zum Teilen. Sehr lecker und fein zubereitet. Schön eingerichtetes Lokal.

We made a reservation only to be placed at a table about 3 inches from another on the right and 2 inches from another on the left. It felt very un private and I didn’t like it at all. As for the food: everything was Drenched in oil. I mean DRENCHED. Things were tasty but seriously... cool it on the oil. We got vegetables and feta which were so oily. We got garlic pita which was SO oily (I mean there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the bowl). We also got the lamb skewer which was tasty (but dry) and that came with some chars which, of course, was drenched in oil. The service was great, our waitress was very kind. Sadly this place didn’t live up to its expectation or reputation for me. My boyfriend enjoyed it. If we return, i will definitely be more careful about what i order and request that they don’t add any excess oil.

After a weekend of wurst this was a lovely change. The Cretan salad was excellent. I had never tried Fava before but will definitely be ordering it again. All in all and excellent restaurant I will go back when I return to Munich.
