The restaurant was actually a bar/tavern, which is not what we expected based on the information available in OpenTable. We walked in, turned around and left.

We did not end up eating at the Chophouse as the Chophouse was not open but rather the Southside Tavern portion. We were not sure if they are going through a remodel or not ready to open the Chophouse which is further in the establishment past the bar. They offered a bar menu which was limited. Only the bar tender and cook were present with a few people at the bar. Tables offered are for viewing and engaging in the bar scene. I believe they should only advertise as Southside Tavern and not the Southside Chophouse until they get their business plan together.

There is no south side chophouse it is south side tavern and horrible no one knew anything we tried to get a drink and bartender did not know how to make any drinks. We left and went to another restaurant

Kitchen was slow! Appetizers and meal came out at the same time. We had to remind them to bring out the soup and ended up taking the soup to go. Overall good just slow service!
