   As always the food and service were on point. Every detail was finely tuned to perfection. Our server Ben was amazing. Very attentive without being intrusive and very friendly without being too chummy. This restaurant should be on everyone’s top ten list.

   My wife and I dine here often. Best steaks in Memphis. We always order the fried pimento cheese sandwich appetizer. This time we also tried the deviled eggs and crispy gulf oysters. They were excellent! Our friends recommend the bacon and Gouda fondue. We will try that next time. Steaks once again were grilled to perfection.

   We sat out on the back patio and had a very enjoyable evening.  Meagan was our server and she did an excellent job. Southern social continues to be one of my favorite places to go and relax and dine.

    What an incredible dining experience! The restaurant is beautiful, service was the best we have experienced in quite awhile. We were seated immediately after arriving in a private area for six people. We will definitely return snd share our experience with our friends! Well done!

    The staff was amazing, like no other they made me feel like a special guest. Unfortunately the food is bland and comes in small portions which I believe isn’t worth what is being paid. The restaurant ambiance was on point. Other than the food it was a good experience.

    We took our neighbors to dinner. They had never been to Southern Social. Our food and waiter were exceptional. We all loved the meal. We sat on the front patio. I’ll never sit there again!!! The noise was terrible and the music wasn’t appropriate for fine dinning. Did I mention that the food was excellent?!?

    Service was most excellent. Kylie was our server and was the best I have encountered in a while. Food was five star. Food was a little over priced. I have never minded paying for excellent food and service but $122.00 for two entree's and one dessert was just a little over priced but not excessively. Seating was on the patio about five feet from heavy traffic and was a bit annoying at times. All things considered, I will return but will not sit on the patio again.

    We were a party of 5 and the only downside was the salads forgot to be served. All the entrees were brought to the table and we immediately asked what happened to the salads. The manager was kind enough to offer us dessert compliments of the house.

    We had great service everyone was nice. As far as service it doesn’t get any better but the food didn’t have flavor. We spent almost $400 for 4 people and we had appetizers, entrée and desserts, but I went to  chipotle afterwards and we had leftovers.

    The food and service is ALWAYS exceptional and this recent visit was no exception. Our only disappointment was in the seating. We made reservations well in advance on OpenTable and requested patio or outdoor seating. When we arrived, we were informed that requests per OpenTable are not made available to the restaurant until the day of, so it was too late to honor our request. Heads up....if you want a special seating arrangement, call the restaurant directly.

    Excellent service by Erin. She was knowledgeable, personable , highly attentive and engaging. Big shoutout to her and all the hostesses for their birthday wishes AB’s professionalism. Every menu item we ordered were outstanding. We had the oyster devil eggs, wedge salad, harvest salad, redfish and tomahawk pork chop. For birthday dessert we got the bread pudding. It was a belated birthday celebration. We had a great time.

    It was mine and my wife’s first time visiting. The food was great (tomahawk pork chop, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato casserole). Emma, our server, was great and Will kept the water glasses full. All of the staff were very polite and courteous. We dined on the porch and other than the train and a car alarm going off was very peaceful (not the fault of Southern Social). Price was reasonable, make reservations!
