   Went based on the reviews. Discovered that of the two barbeque meats, they had been out of ribs since the previous day. Pulled pork was good. Chicken fingers were tough and tasted a bit like shrimp. Green beans were excellent. Drinks were over-priced.

   My wife and I ate here on Valentine’s Day and the food and service was excellent!

   Great last minute dinner with friends. Requested a jalapeño margarita which wasn’t on the drink menu, but waitress happily made sure I received it and it was delicious! Loved the soul rolls as well!

   We got our Appetizer then maybe 5 minutes later got our food, didn’t even have time to get halfway through with our app. Let’s enjoy my food before you bring out something else! Food was ok.. hash and rice was very bland. The pulled pork sandwich was decent. Best thing we had was the smoked chicken nacho app that we didn’t have time to enjoy because our main course got brought out 5 minutes after getting it.

   I think we just had an overall bad evening, they put my party With two tables talk to Hostess about it and hostess had attitude. Food was cold

   We made reservations and when we got to the restaurant there was a sign on the door saying it was closed for a private event and to go upstairs to the bar. We went upstairs and the girl at the door looked at us like she never heard of reservations. We had reserved standard indoor seating, but the only thing available was a high top because the bar was packed for the SEC championship game. We went with the flow and ordered dinner. Decided to try all three of their tacos. The smoked chicken was very smoky, the few shrimps in the shrimp taco were okay and the bbq pork was average. The tater tots were “grade school cafeteria” quality but the potato salad was good. The beer was great as expected because it came from Asheville in a can. I really don’t understand why they were taking reservations when the restaurant was closed. We really weren’t looking to eat in a packed bar. The service was actually good and quick considering the crowd. But the food was average. When you are in an area where there are great bbq places around every corner, you need to stand out. The only thing this place has going for it is its location next to the ballpark.
