   I ordered the steak dinner and my steak came out medium rare and the server did not once check to see if we enjoyed our food . Our Alcohol drinks tasted like straight lime and it wasn’t good and again the server didn’t ask to remake it or anything. Poor service .

   Service was the absolute worst! Came down for dessert. Two different people waited on me, not even offered a table napkin or cloth. Just cheesecake and a fork. Had to ask for water. After my dish was taken away I waited 8 mins and finally when to the bar and closed out myself. They really need to bring it up a notch or 3. Service was really that bad with long waits, no organized efforts and the slow bartender doing his best to service all 8 people in the restaurant and bar.

    We reserved through OpenTable especially to celebrate my Mother in law’s birthday. We typically champagne brunch at Drury Lane in Oakbrook, but wanted to give a closer locale a try. After careful review of this menu, we were sold. Sadly however, we were told after checking in, that the brunch menu shown on OpenTable was pre-COVID. To our dismay, we stayed and tried their continental style buffet. Be advised, the OpenTable brunch menu sounds amazing. In person, to be told that menu didn’t apply is false advertising in my opinion. Nevertheless we all forged through our cold food, undercooked bacon and had to flag our server down countless times just to get beverages. After apologizing to my MIL for a subpar birthday meal, she was totally understanding and knew we meant well. Lesson learned, call ahead to verify menu.

    Took forever for food, only one other table with two women in the entire place and one fellow at the bar. bartender was waiting tables. There was another waitstaff person there but I had a feeling she might be cooking too. Our waiter, the bartender Seemed more interested it the one guy at the bar then our 6 top. Food was good, but came out a plate or two at a time, starters showed up in the middle of our service… We have a You Tube channel we do Restaurant reviews on, but there was so little happening there I didn’t feel it would be interesting or even fair enough to our audience to even publish it.     Group of 12, had a great time, no carving station but plenty to eat, food was hot , drinks flowing. Sunday brunch a great value for the price. Staff were wonderful.

    Great spot for an inexpensive brunch. Food was very good and mimosas were delish. Bloody Mary really needed a bar tender to make it. Would do again but not necessarily for a special occasion. Maybe once all Covid restrictions are lifted I would do a Girls breakfast there.

    I would have expected alot more people here for dinner. The restaurant was empty for a Sat night. The bar was full for a hour and then there were crickets. I'm guessing because it's attached to a hotel. Didn't realize that till I got there.

    Went with a group of friends. By the name I thought it was live! BORING ‼️ There was one server. No body was the there the music is trash. I just didn’t like it. The food was not good. The drinks ok. I guess go for happy hour.

    I booked my reservation with Open Table and confirmed 3x. Once I arrived the hostess did not have my large party of 8. I was celebrating my birthday and even noted that in the comments section. I Was very disappointed with feature. When I call the restaurant its a continuous busy signal like its 1985.

    I had booked a reservation through Open Table at this restaurant because they claimed to be participating in Restaurant Week. However, when we got there, they handed me regular menus, and when I inquired about the Restaurant Week menu I had seen on the website, they said they were not doing that menu that night. The food was pretty decent, but the menu was limited and none of the items were similar to the Restaurant Week menu. My whole experience was kind of ruined by the let down of not getting the meal I was anticipating. I do not know if I will be returning to this restaurant.

    We had the Sunday brunch. I think it was a little overpriced considering the lack of variety and options available. The buffet was often empty and there was one person doing the carving station, waffles and omelets.

    Beautifully redecorated. Our server, Anna, was very welcoming and informative. The warm rolls were so delicious we kept picking at them all through dinner. Although the Reuben sandwich wasn't available that evening, we enjoyed both the cheeseburger and the ravioli. The French fries were really good, too. The wine is available in three different sized pours and was very good. Can't wait to return.

    Great food choices. The lobby refresh looks awesome as I remember the old aqua 80s decor. Service by Queen was too notch.

    I took my sister to Whitney's for her birthday. The employees immediately acknowledged her birthday, due to the birthday hat she was wearing. They were extemely nice to us. The service was great, along with the food. The food was delicious, along with the drinks. They even took off 10% of the bill due to my sister's birthday. The restaurant is currently being remodeled, making it much smaller than normal. Other than that, it will not stop me from returning. Great restaurant!

    Sunday brunch doesn't include bloody Mary's or any alcohol because of Oak Lawn local laws. Food selection very sparce, typical faire not done especially well. Small space, washroom is all the way on the other side of the hotel.

    The first thing they told me was they were not honoring Open Table reservations. I asked why they didn't tell customers, or more importantly, Open Table. They acted like it was my fault, and I should have called the restaurant. If I wanted to wait an hour or two, they would try to squeeze us in. I went ballistic and demanded to see the manager at which point they suddenly found us a table. The place is also being renovated and they had food out in the lobby and in the hallways. They added an 18 percent gratuity for a buffet, only brought one Mimosa each and did not bother clearing the plates at all. Would have been nice at McDonald's
