   amazing food and drinks. we were there for brunch, and had the bottomless bloody maries and mimosas, so good :) will always order the risotto with salmon on top, my favorite ♥

   It was not as good as you’d except. The filets are thick and could use more seasoning. Chicken wasn’t done and even after sending back still had many spots that weren’t done. The short ribs were amazing. Overall it wasn’t horrible but for the price I’ve had better at other restaurants that were cheaper.

   We had a bit of a problem with our appetizer coming out at the same time as our entrees. We had them box up the appetizer so we could take it home rather than having the entrees sitting under a heat lamp. However, our grouper entree was not cooked all the way through, and it was raw in the middle. We were offered another entree but declined and decided to forego a replacement. We have eaten here many times in the past and this was the first time it was a big mishap. Our server was excellent about the whole thing, but we never saw a manager check with us about the problem.

    Grant it, it was mothers day. but wasnt too busy by the time our reservation was. Took an hour for chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict. waffle was cool and came with syrup on it already so it was a lil soggy by the time everything came out. Eggs bene one was overcooked.. one was under. Will prob try it again bc it could have been a bad day.. but other patrons were highly upset about their food too

    Very good food quality every time we go. They need to finish their remodel work in the main dining area - still not done after months. The Early Dining menu is a really great deal. Service was fairly quick but a little bit inattentive. Too much chit-chat with other servers. Overall a good experience.

    Always happy with the food & service at Southfork! As with most places in SW Florida, the noise is a little off putting but management can’t do much about that. Love Southfork…we’re kind of regulars when we can get reservations!

    Three of the 4 entrees weee excellent. The food here is always excellent but the Chicken Milanese was a disappointment Over cooked / burned and therefore dry. Sad that they even plated the dish, and literally covered it with salad to disguise the degree of burntness. The salmon, chicken pot pie and short ribs were truly excellent

    Outside could be more enjoyable if the giant rotating fan could be put on low speed. The noise of the fan was disconcerting (couldn't hear or understand my partner. And the high speed it was set on was like a mini hurricane as it rotated in the direction of our table.

    Ordered Caprese to share as an appetiser. The Tomatoes were hard and the Cheese …. Not sure what it was but certainly not Mozzarella! The Pork Chop was nice but over cooked and the Brussels were barely cooked. This should and could be a really nice Bistro. Location is good Our Server was good. But sadly the produce and the Chef don’t match the staff !

    My husband and I ate here last night for the first time and it won't be our last! We had the early dining specials, he had shrimp fra diavolo and I had the cod, both of which were very good. I was hesitant to order the cod as it was dijon and horseradish encrusted and was fearful of it being too spicy. Our waitress, Amber, said she wasn't fond of spicy and advised that I would probably enjoy it. Both meals were prepared well and came to the table piping hot and were plated nicely. We will definitely be back for more.
