While this wasn’t me and my family’s first time at South City Kitchen this was our first time at the Buckhead location and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and our server Bettina was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Restaurant was loud, service was spotty and food just mediocre. Food was bland and no taste. She-crab soup was not good. It was our first visit…we probably won’t come back.

South City Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants but Easter Brunch was disappointing. It was just two of us but our appetizers were served over ten minutes apart. By the time my guest’s salad arrived my soup was cold. Entrees took over an hour to arrive. The fried chicken as usual was very good. The crab cake, although an entree was one quite small crab cake with some relish. Definitely not an entree portion.

We had a 12:30 reservation on Easter Sunday and waited 20 minutes to get seated. We ordered our beverages and menu selections all at once. We had eaten half of our first course before we received our beverages. It was 1:50 when we received our main course. Our server couldn't have been nicer. The kitchen just couldn't handle the number of orders. The restaurant did recognize the delay and offered a bowl of soup but we declined.

We had lunch with a business client. This is the perfect venue for a business lunch. The food was wonderful, the server attentive but didn't hover or interrupt. It was perfect. Will definitely dine her again.
