Our one Michelin Star restaurant, overseen by Executive Chef, Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin Star ‘Fat Duck’). SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel combines exquisite produce, distinct flavours, seasonality, sustainability, and precision, together with exceptional service, to create a fun, fine dining experience.

We offer an Ten Course Tasting Menu and a Six Course Tasting Menu, and pride ourselves on using the very best ingredients, which is why our menu changes on a daily basis – keeping it fresh but always encompassing the seasonality and skill as expected from the SOURCE kitchen.

Excellent service with delicate, precise and sublime food presented in a well paced way. Staff were friendly and helpful, but respectful. Menu was imaginative and reflected the season and even with ten courses was not overly rich or filling. The wine pairings were delicious and enhanced the flavours without over complicating them. I felt the whole experience was relaxed, unhurried and full of attention to detail. Ludwig and the new female sommelier on her first trial evening were excellent and so helpful and informative. Thank you for making this an occasion to remember.
