In Soul of India we do things our way. Each preparation of our menu has been carefully selected by our Indian chefs, with recipes chosen from the hundreds of preparations throughout the entire territory of India. Each recipe is original and has not been modified, maintaining its purity and ancestral tradition, but that does not mean that we can not leave the conventional, allowing us to constantly innovate and improve our recipes to conform to the Chilean diner.

The reviews made Soul of India worth the ride since our local Indian fare has been pretty sub par lately. We had a reservation, but were immediately seated --- unfortunately next to a 2 year old; who should have probably been in bed at 7 p.m. on a Saturday night - he was loud and happy to be there. Our waitstaff was attentive and our appetizers - meals were delivered appropriately and we never felt rushed. The plating should have been consolidated since the table for 4 was pretty small (appetizers were beautifully plated, but presentation was too big). The food was spiced appropriately. Palak paneer was flavorful (though cheese not seared?). Vindaloo was spicy and delicious! Chicken Tikka was good - all chicken breasts that were moist and not over cooked. Dal and Birani also great. The price was a little on the higher side, but Sudbury.... We'll definitely be back!
