Food was pretty average, I had a pork chop that was overcooked and my wife had udon beef noodles that came up more like a soup . To top it off when I had another red wine the bottle ran out and waitress said she would come back to top it up , she didn't, so I asked her to and she said there was enough in there , long story short , manager came over and topped it up after a unnecessary conversation. Tbf they took that glass off bill but should never have come to that

When you see pictures at the WEB all looks amazing. However the reality is that you walk in like in the hotel lobby. Nobody was dancing, even DJ played music. Service was not at level corresponding the prices at the menu.

Don't believe all the nice pictures if you go to the restaurant. It looks outright ugly. All those great pictures are from a bar, in fact. Many top level visitors have been shoked

Lovely location and ambience. Bit disappointed as menu was not as it was when booked and looks nothing like the pictures online in terms of decor and lighting. However food was of a good quality and service excellent so enjoyed our meal.

Website very misleading. You think it’s going be a nice fancy restaurant with good food which is certainly wasn’t. And was mostly empty. Our server was abit over the top. Made a remark about making his night better if I tipped which i didn’t. Food was okay but was expecting so much more Found the food overpriced for what they serve

We chose Soul Love for our anniversary dinner and last night in Prague based on reviews, hours, availability of early seating and menu variety. We were in the area so stopped by the restaurant in advance to check it out, chatting with Rahoul, a member of the waitstaff who was very engaging. The restaurant has a very modern look and the menu is expansive, not too expensive. We arrived later that evening and was given latitude to chose our table, Tomas was our waiter. He provided an excellent recommendation of a limited time traditional dish of roast goose. We were a little hesitant as goose can be rich but decided to go with the recommendation. So glad we did as it made our anniversary and last night in Prague memorable.

The menu on their website was different to the menu they actually offer so we came for wagyu steak which they did not do. Then they messed our order up several times and were quite rude and dismissive in general.

El lugar está super bien ubicado, en una de las plazas mas importantes de Praga. El ambiente es increíble, hay musica con dj muy agradable también para conversar. El servicio es excelente, el cocktail “SANSHO YUZU SOUR Yuzu pepper infused Gin, yuzu, tonic” estaba extraordinario y la comida deliciosa.

The entire staff was amazing. We slightly mentioned that it was a celebration dinner for my sisters birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne. It was also very cold out and we were given blankets and they even offered to move us inside if needed. They also gave us great recommendations for local alcohol, foods and bars. It was an amazing experience.

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary here! I told them in advance about it and they planned everything for us and congratulated us. All the staff were extremely friendly and guided us on our food and drink choices. The design of the restaurant and bar is the perfect romantic setting and they take good care of you. The food was delicious! To the staff: thank you so much for waiting on us and making it such a memorable experience, I appreciate it so much thank you thank you !!

No fue un buen servicio tardo mucho en llegar la comida y no me dijeron que iba a cerrar cocina, pedimos sólo un platillo de tomahawk y no quedamos satisfechos ya que al querer ordenar cuando nos trajeron el platillo se nos dio la noticia que cocina había cerrado.

Group of 6 women and we had absolutely amazing night at Soul Love. All the waiters were exceptional, especially Jan! The food was great, the cocktails were fantastic and overall it was a great experience. We would highly recommend this place for everyone and we would definitely come back.

A cool, hip place in a great location that could accommodate our group size. The non-alcoholic cocktails were standout. The service was confused and sloppy. The food very good, but at the prices, that is to be expected. My order was incorrect, and they spilled a beer on one of our party. They were very nice, the music was great, but I've had better food for less, and the confusion in the service makes this a not repeat for me.
