   Sosta Cucina was fabulous. The open table app for booking was inaccurate. Thanks to Sosta for accomodating us we had a wonderful night.

   Wonderful local treasure. The staff are attentive and well informed. Superb food which has responded to modern cuisine evolution whilst retaining Italian and soul.

   Wasn't as good as the first time, as it was let down by the service this time round. But the food still is one of the best Italian in Melbourne! So good that we ended up getting the same dishes as the last time!

   My friend said the pork belly was the best she'd ever had. My goat dish was less than average. The pasta was very good. Service is professional with all the necessary ceremony, but not quite warm. Being a premium-grade restaurant, meals are expensive (~$35 for mains) and not very large, so need extra sides. Overall, there was nothing particularly wrong with the experience and food, but I've personally had better.

    Sosta was a much anticipated and highly recommended dining experience that did not fail to live up to expectations. It will now be on my list of go to venues.
