Amazing diner. Slightly more expensive than at home but it’s in a resort so it’s expected. Our server Leroy was amazing he was so helpful with my food allergies and made sure I had an amazing meal. We will definitely come back next time we are at Kalihari. Oh and the expression martini is AMAZING!!!

This was the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. Everything we ordered was awful. We dined here years ago when it first opened and remembered it being decent so we went again on our most recent trip to Kalahari. The calamari was soggy, the Caesar salad was covered in black pepper you couldn’t taste anything else, the pizza was wet and soggy and the kids mac and cheese was dry with barely any cheese. Would never return or recommend to anyone.

My dad and I ate at Sortino's while staying at Kalahari Resort. Meatball & Spaghetti was made of veal, pork, and beef but the waiter Justin ensured they taste like normal beef meatballs. It did indeed and plate size is huge. Italian bread that was served fell apart easily. It is good food, decent price for plate size, and Justin (waiter) did a fantastic job!

I had the spinach mushroom tortellini. It was ok and my husband had the veal Parmigiano. It was luke warm and just ok. We were there 5 years ago and it is certainly not the quality it was then. The fresh mozzarella ball with toast wedges was just ok. Last time it was warm and hooey. The service was very poor. I had to ask a different waiter for water, gor bread, for refills. The young waiter we had was trying but needs more training.

Was here lastnight with my husband and two kids ages seven and two. We’ve been here last year and we love the food we went again and of course our server Amal was very patient and attentive. The food as always was excellent. We tried different dishes and it was still amazing. Seafood Daviola and the stuffed shells were fresh and delicious!! The bread was fresh and soft. We always love this place for dinner during our Kalahari resort Pocono indoor waterpark getaway!!! Will always come back here!!! :)

Over priced, wanna-be Italian restaurant. The appetizers took forever to come out, and they weren't even things that needed to be cooked. Two of us ordered the lasagna for our entrees, the tops of it were rock hard (overcooked) and it was lukewarm when it came out. The sauce was absolutely horrible. It was almost as if they knew the food sucked as the manager came over to ask us if the lasagna was cooked ok and if it was hot when it came out. AND OH MY GOD, IS IT OVERPRICED for crappy Italian food!!!

Our servers was great! Polite. Did not rush us. The food was good. I enjoyed it. Little pricey but it is located within Kalahari so.......the noise was a bit much. A lot of little kids. We realized later we should have asked to be seated the bar. BIG difference in noise level. It was our first time there. Definitely will be back. Not a "date night" kind of place LOL.

First time at this restaurant which is part of the Kalahari resort. We were not resort guests, but most others seemed to be. The restaurant was very appealing visually, but the noise level was a bit high based on the open environment. The food choices and quality of food was a bit lackluster. We did have very good service, and the waiter was very attentive, and although very busy we didn’t ever feel rushed. I most likely would not return, but may consider it if I was a hotel guest.

Our Valentine's Day reservation was simply AMAZING. Our waiter took good care of us and was incredibly personable and checked in on us regularly. I was VEY pleased with our starting cocktail, The Full Monty, which lasted the entire meal...and was delicious! We also had a calamari app and the Diablo Seafood pasta. Absolutely amazing!

Have had good meals here previously while scouting this venue as a conference center. Came back during conference for another and had worst lasagna in memory. Over-baked or reheated more than once so the top proved too hard to cut with a table knife - but it was served cold, oddly. Noodles dry and sauceless. Meat bland and greasy. I never send food back; perhaps I should have made an exception this time but they were quite busy and I had to get back to the conference. Ate a few bites and then ordered a gelato (which was very good) to rid myself of the taste of disappointment and impending indigestion.
