Sortino's - Pocono Manor
Adding a new chapter to a rich culinary history, Sortino’s celebrates the family recipes and generous spirit of its Sicilian immigrant founders. This is the kind of neighborhood Italian joint that could open on your street tomorrow and would feel like it’s been there forever.
The tone is established by the framed family photos at the entrance, and reaffirmed by the maître ‘d’s warm welcome. The aroma of simmering sauces and fresh-baked breads stimulates the appetite, while the sight of bountiful homemade Italian specialties racing from the kitchen to the table catches the eye.

Adult portion looked like it came from the kids menu…bill total was not worth the food!!!
Absolutely amazing! We come here every year to celebrate my son’s birthday. The food is the absolute best I’ve ever had. I hate that we live so far away and can’t come more frequently!!
The food was good but the customer service terrible, personally I don’t think I come back again.
The first impression at the reception was rude and poor customer service. The waitress was hurried and the food came late. Me and family noticed the was tried we finished ours dinner right away when there was late with our reservation and the dinner.
I don’t recommend that restaurant 👎
All the food was fantastic!
Unfortunately, the food was not of the quality expected.
Ok but nothing great for premium price. Location in casino made access difficult if not staying thete
Awful food. We have been to the one in Sandusky Ohio. Loved the food couldn't wait to go back. We decided to go to the poconos in Sandusky to sortinos . The food was completely different. Very disappointing especially for amount of money you pay. Will never go back to this Sortino's restaurant unless it's in Sandusky Ohio.
It was ok for resort food. Everything we got was somewhat bland.
While Sortino’s is pricey, the food is absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the garlic bread and the Tortellini Baronessa.
The food, service, value, and atmosphere were all wonderful. I would definitely go back!
This was our first visit and it was fantastic! The food and drinks were delicious and our server, Lilith, was amazing! We loved everything about the place from the ambiance, food and staff. Next time we return to Kalahari, we will definitely eat there again.
I live 1 1/2 hours away, this place is worth the drive! Everything is just amazing!
Everything was perfect from the moment we entered and were greeted by the hostesses.
The front of the house and hostess could use some coaching in welcoming behavior and customer service. Our server was excellent and the food was great!
The food was delicious. Our waiter was polite and checked up on us often.
First visit to Kalahari since start of pandemic. 5 stars all around!
The food was very good. The service was slow, specifically towards the end of the sit down, lifting plates, providing dessert manu, ordering dessert, expresso came late almost cold, I was asked if I wanted sugar, typically yes, but I said no because I was afraid I would have to wait another 5 minutes for it. The bill came fast after that, but it took forever to pay.
Unfortunately we waited over 1hr and 45 minutes for our meals.. we had children with us who couldn’t eat bc they waited too long. I wouldn’t recommend it
Great food and great for groups. Appetizers and cocktails were excellent as were entrees. The kids menu was great
Service was exceptionally poor. Seated in the bar area and "forgotten about"
Food was very good.
FYI... 20% service fee is added to the bill without making you aware of it.
Food exceeded expectations but nothing outstanding. Booze prices were more than Vegas 5 star restaurants and cruises. Service wasn’t terrible. Overall, it was a decent meal just way overpriced. Would come back again because there aren’t many options in the area.
Our group included 3 adults, 1 child. Calamari appetizer was very good. A speciality bread is served, took one bite & no one liked it. Ordered a coke, sent back, flat. Spaghetti & meatballs was very good, as was the homemade pasta & meat sauce. 1) child pizza & 1) adult pizza were lacking flavor & dough was not cooked.Margarita was sent back. Manager was notified & did not come to the table. We did tell the restaurant when we returned to our room. Wait staff was ok, a little slow.
It was ok, food was too salty and a bit over priced
Service was slow, and not so good. Food is pricey but does taste good...especially the Alfredo. Tip is included in bill, so I guess that’s why the service stinks!
Not bad for a water park
Basic overcooked Italian faire. Way overpriced. Service was okay.
Good food, great service and best restaurant on site. Skip the double cut and buffet, this is the best overall
The food was delicious. The chef was willing to accommodate special request. Our waitress Alessandra was absolutely wonderful! We will be back!
Nice place. Staff was fine. Dinner and dessert very overpriced for the quality. You could get the same at a local restaurant, and probably better.
Amazing food and service. Ellen rocked!! She was so courteous and sweet!! The drinks were amazing too. Friendly and tasty. Very impressive!!
Took good care of large group
Service was great, very attentive and fast. Manager was also constantly walking around and helping out which always makes a difference in good service. Food was good. We all ordered something different and no complaints.
Amazing food with good portion size. A little expensive, but it is part of a resort so that is to be expected. Great options for kids and adults from appetizers to entrees to dessert.
Food was slightly warm and overpriced. Whats worst is i received a cold and salty order of calamari. I told the waiter if he can change the order for an actual warm plate . He charged me twice. And included his own gratuity on the bill. Never again will i eat here.
The food was okay. The prices were too high for the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, nice bathrooms. We had a nice time catching up with family.
The only issue we had was that our table was very wobbly and uneven. We didnt say anything just because we had two small kids and would have been more work to change tables. Also, the portions were small especially for the kids. For $10, they only got four raviolli's. That didnt seem worth it, but our food was delicious and the service was nice. I think we would eat other places though when we visit again.
Appetizer was small for price. Entrées were good.
Server was kind of rushing us without looking at that we are still eating. My wife was still feeding my daughter and she offered us our check? Very rude in my opinion
As we have during many years past, we celebrated my sons birthday here. They always make us/him feel special. The service and food were spot on as always. One special app was the bruschetta that was awesome! Can’t wait to return soon.
Great dinner despite being in a large resort. We sat on high top table in bar/lounge area and felt perfectly safe during covid dining. Main room seemed a bit loud but the resort caters to kids so as expected. Food was excellent. Cocktails as well. Service was awesome. $50 per person dining with one drink so a tad pricey. Highly recommend.
