Our "go to" in the neighbourhood. Always consistent.

We'll be back for sure. Enjoyed everything about it. Has a nice choice of menu items. Our waiter was very good and very nice.

The food is amazing! The gnocchi almost melts in your mouth, and the pizzas are delicious. The service is incredible, and the restaurant hosts are so kind and welcoming! I definitely recommend going here. You won’t be disappointed. The coziest Italian place ever!

Would be 5 stars all around except the restaurant was a bit loud, I felt like I had to speak loudly for my tablemate to hear me, also the place was Super Busy and there were only 2 servers and the servers were working their tails off but of course with a full restaurant it was hard for them to keep up. Service was friendly and good just had to be patient.

We were welcomed when we arrived and shown to our table that we had reserved, drinks were ordered and arrived promptly, our waitress was excellent, all 4 of us were very pleased with what we had ordered. I had ordered a pizza which had just the right amount of charring on the crust from the wood fired oven, just like I had in La Spezia Italy, and the taste was fantastic.

Wonderful meal, wonderful service!! Will definitely return!!

It's a very small, local with interior updated restaurant which doesn't justify the price it charges.

There were only 5 tables during lunch hour but it was very noisy due to patrons of two particular tables near us did not exercise or hadn't acquired public etiquette.

Food:
> $22.00 caserecce e tartufo - fresh twisted pasta with supposedly a variety of mushrooms & truffle sauce. Pasta dough is a bit thick. We only saw & tasted one kind of mushroom. It's a bit salty. We didn't see any parmigiano reggiano sprinkled on top nor there any fresh Italian parsley!

> $23.00 tagliatelle in Sunday sugo - fresh tagliatelle with braised beef shortribs which was extremely salty and shredded in million pieces. Again no fresh herbs.

> $17.00 diavola - a medium size pizza with salami, tomatoes and basil. We debated whether to order pizza 'coz we saw other's pizzas were quite burnt.

Poor execution & presentation of food. For that kind of price they charged, one is better off to eat at Bacchus.

Overall. It's a disappointing lunch.

Food and service was excellent. Will definately be back. Restaurant is noisy. Mostly due to being popular!
