   Food was delicious! Flavors were fantastic! Service was spot on! The only down side is having to wait until next ski season for them to open again.

   The food took 2hours . They gave us for free 4 entrees, and we appreciate, but 2hour was too much , specially for the kids. The food was ok, but not delicious.

   Vanessa, I'm very sorry to hear about the delay in service at your last visit with us. To execute at the highest possible level, our team carefully plans and paces our services with how many guests we are able to accommodate in 15-minute intervals. At times, guests come late, come early, or come with extra guests, which can affect our ability to deliver at the highest level, and is primarily what led to the 40-minute delay for the kids' meals and the hour for the rest. We are looking into this matter and how to best manage these surprises to ensure that this does not cause any disruption to the guest experience. I do understand your frustration and disappointment, and I apologize. Thank-you for choosing to join us.

   Our meals and service were excellent, our first time at Sopra and an excellent addition to the hill. Look forward to returning and fully understand why we had difficulty getting a reservation. Excellent job folks

   Partly chose Sopra after seeing many GF items posted on the menu. (my wife is celiac) GF pasta was not hot and was replaced quickly and the staff. They also went to another restaurant to check for GF beer (could not find) and to get grated mozzarela cheese. very nice. The Herb Crusted Beef and the Blackened Cod entrees were excellent. Meg our server was attentive and helpfull.

   We went for the first time last week with visiting family and enjoyed it so much we booked for later this week again with friends. The food is excellent. We started with the pear and burrata salad and then had the black cod and the tenderloin. We ended with hazelnut ice cream and tiramisu. Everyone enjoyed the food immensely. Service was lovely as well. Very friendly and accommodating. The ambience is also very nice. A real asset to the mountain dining options. Thank you!

   The food was very mediocre. My chicken piccata was not hot and it could have used more sauce. The rapini was very sad, limp, scrawny. My husband’s lasagna was not very good either. The ricotta was so dry i thought it was filled with bread crumbs. Service was very nice, place was cute.
