Named for Queen Sophia Charlotte, Sophia’s offers a royally outfitted setting in the heart of Uptown on 5th Street in The Ivey’s Hotel.

Must be 21 or over to enter after 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

To maintain an elegant and sophisticated experience for all our guests, we encourage Casual Elegant attire when visiting us. Hats/Caps, Shorts, Sweatpants, Athletic Attire, Tank Tops, Clothing with Offensive Language or Images, Exposed Undergarments, and Flip-Flops are prohibited

Relax in our plush, regal surroundings as you enjoy a table-side tea service and indulge in a beautifully curated three-course luncheon. Begin with our "Scone Course," featuring an assortment of freshly baked croissants, scones, seasonal preserves, and fresh fruit. Next, delight in the "Savory Course," elegantly served on a tiered platter with a selection of tea sandwiches and canapés. Conclude your culinary journey with the "Sweet Course," offering a decadent spread of petit fours, French macarons, mini cakes, and cookies. Before you depart, take a moment to explore The Historic Ivey’s Hotel and receive a special Mother’s Day farewell gift as a token of our appreciation.     Great staff. Attached to the Ivey Hotel, made it very convenient. Unique decor, bar tender was anxious to please, food was outstanding. Great place to meet with family or friends for a special setting

    Super sophisticated atmosphere. Good vibes with wonderful upbeat tunes, delicious bites, and amazing "out-of-the-box" cocktails. Staff is genuine and not snobby, but yet first class. They are very attentive but not stuffy. Furniture and antiques are perfect for the ambiance. I go here a lot and will be back soon. Love me some Sophia's Lounge. I recommend the lamb meatballs, wagyu sliders, truffle fries, crab cakes, and my favorite: the charcuterie & cheese board. Great job y'all!

    This place has a gorgeous vibe, great food and excellent service. The Wagyu beef sliders were delicious!

    The intent was good as the server started off with great energy. Music/playlist had nice tempo and balance. They were understaffed and we had wait times if 10-15 minutes just for a checkin. An addition bartender (they only had one) and 2-3 more servers would assist. It was a Thursday night between 7:30p and 9:00pm.

    Sophia's Lounge is one of our favorites, love the ambiance. This visit was pre-theatre wine and charcuterie board. Not really a valid test of their true capabilities. The Lounge was busy, a lot of hotel activity so service was a bit slow and not overly attentive. Food and wine were good, as always.

    This place is super chill, and the food is good as well as the service… The only issue we had is that my boyfriend‘s old-fashioned glass had a chip on it in it cut his lip… All they did was comp the drink… I think that potentially could’ve been a bigger issue…
