Wonderful relaxed wine bar, as long as you sit on the first floor. We had their flight of wine and appetizers and shared an entree. The food was adequate to good. The wines were good, and it was a very relaxing evening. We had reservations, so they put us on the second floor to start with. The second floor echos and was way too loud for us, so we requested to sit on the first floor which was much quieter and more intimate.

Overall, it was an OK restaurant. The menu on this application does not match their actual menu in the restaurant. The prices are more expensive in person and they do not serve a majority of the food listed on the dinner menu. Their menu is broken down by meal and has time limits. Very disappointing as I looked at the menu prior and had picked out what I wanted. Mehhh

Place needs to be freshened up starting with a thorough cleaning. Menu needs to be expanded. Service was scattered. Seemed like no one running the place.

Amazing wine selection and wine service. Food however is extremely expensive ($20 for 6 slices of pita, some feta cubes, and nuts…). Highly recommend for wine just eat before or after somewhere else for better value.

I had been here before and loved it but was really disappointed on this visit. Food was mediocre- gnocchi was too salty, brussel sprouts were undercooked, and salad was bland. Service was good but food is disappointing so I won’t go here again.

Sonoma always has interesting wines available, and the staff has been knowledgeable and friendly each time we've visited. This was our first visit for dinner, and we were not disappointed! Both our dishes were delicious, and large enough to be filling without being too much. The back patio was very pleasant. I look forward to our next visit.
