    The service was phenomenal. Love the layout and how it was open to the outside. Food was amazing. Loved the carrots. A manager came by and check on us, which was a nice touch.

    Service was terrible. Slow, sporadic and when you finally ask for a glass of wine and they ask you 6 or 9 ounces and then totally forget you even ordered it, what else can I say. At the same time we ordered a beer and had to order it again and server acted as it had never been ordered. Food was poor. The wilted “lettuce” on the spicy Caesar was a disappointment. Bread was good. Did like my octopus. Service overshadows everything else and pity that a restaurant loses on alcohol profit because of bad service. Will skip next time in Easton for sure.

    The food is amazing, I ordered the lobster gnocchi and it was the best gnocchi I’ve ever had, hands down! Our service left much to be desired. The staff seemed very inexperienced and clumsy. Mike, one of the partners was extremely apologetic and comped our meal after our waiter completely neglected to put in a food order for a person in our party. I’ll return, hopefully the service will have improved.

    We wanted to try this new restaurant in Easton. We were seated right away outside which was nice and it wasn't crowded. Our server brought out our salads and said she would be back with our utensils so we could eat. We waited for at least 10 minutes before I got up to find someone to get a fork for us to eat. Our server apologized when she returned. When our main entrée came out the portions were really small for $40 steak and a $32 salmon meal. I will say the food tasted good but way too pricey for such small portions.

    Visited for restaurant week. All the 3-different appetizers we had were very good, the Lamb/Wild Board meatball was superb. My Halibut in the tomato broth was REALLY wonderful. We will return.

    Was recommended and first time dining at this restaurant and it did not disappoint at all! From the hostess to the dessert all was excellent! Even met the chef who came out to make sure we were satisfied. Try this place you will not be disappointed!

    The service is always friendly and attentive. The food is good, although some members of our party commented on the portion sizes being a bit small. I enjoy the creative pairings and flavor combos. Everything was plated and presented beautifully.

    We were early for our reservation and the “owner”? Told us that our table wouldn’t be ready until the reservation time but the place was empty. We should’ve went somewhere else. We waited 20 min to be seated. I got the chicken salad. It was drowned in dressing and the chicken had no flavor. It looked like pulled apart boiled chicken. The pizza came to the table cold. The cheese was not melty. Barely any sauce. The service was awful. We waited a half hour for our check. Won’t be back.

    Sono is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in town. Always something new and delicious on the seasonal menus. The chef/owner has made us feel like family during each visit. Shelby, the manager, is so friendly and offers perfect suggestions. We love it here❤️

    I ordered the Rib eye steak and was disappointed with the fact it came pulled and sauce was not the best and soaked in the bread. It will nice to see pictures on the menu. My wife order the Carbonara and it was too cheesy. We just came back from Italy and wanted and Italian food experience and was a little disappointed with the food not being any closer to authentic Italian

    This is my second time dining at Sono Wood Fired in the last year. And the food is how I remember it: average and bland. The price of the food does not match its low quality or lack of flavor.

    The food is good, but the staff seem to be out to lunch. Been there twice w/ our daughter and both times the hostess tried to seat us at a high top. There high chairs don’t go high enough to work with the high top tables. Server last night was out to lunch the entire dinner, not sure if they were short staff, bc she was behind the bar some of the time. Like the location and the restaurant itself. Price and staff need improvement.

    Was a little disappointed in the menu and there did not seem to be any specials for the evening. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Wednesday night in Easton. It was good but not sure that I will be going back anytime soon.

    This is definitely a hidden gem. You walk in and it’s beautiful inside, the patio is so cool as well. We sat at the bar and the bartender, was so fun and interactive . Everyone said hello to us including the Manager. He was very nice. Everyone looked like they were having fun. We started off with the scallops, which are by far, the best scallops we had. Then we split one of the Woodfired pizzas. The bartender suggested we get the papperdelle and the hanger steak. The food was excellent. We are definately coming back this weekend to try their brunch. Amazing place.

    We went to celebrate our twin girls birthday. Our server seems like she was over sat. We barely saw her and often we were waiting to order, get drinks or refills,…. The food was ok, but the food and wine seemed overpriced for what was received. I was brought out the wrong pizza. It was insinuated that the wrong pizza was grabbed, but it took about 8 minutes to get my food. It appears they quickly made a pizza to bring out. Nothing was ever said or done for their birthday. For what we paid, we would have been better off going to another restaurant.

    Pizza was BURNT at edges and other parts of crust. There was hardly any basil on our margerhita pizza. Basil lacked aroma. Cheese melted but not hot when served.

    The food was very small in portion to what you pay and my wild mushroom Ravioli was burnt with no sauce on it. It took 20 minutes literally to get our drinks and we were offered refills once. The lobster gnocchi tasted weird and after eating it I was sick all the way home. This is not what it is cracked up to be! On the positive the Sangria was on point but you paid for half a glass full and actually with the ice probably only a quarter full.

    I had been to this place once and wanted to try again. The food was pretty good but to charge $13 for a glass of wine and barely fill it up is completely ridiculous. I think I had 3 small sips and it was gone. I will not be coming back.

    I made a reservation for 8:45, and I was running a few minutes behind, but when I got to the door it was locked- I had to knock on the door to get the waitresses attention. She saw me and let me in, and I was sat at a high top- there was not a lot of people there, but the ambiance was nice. I think the tv showing the basketball games de-valued the vibes. After I was sat I looked over the drink menu, and I ordered a Cherry Blitz- it was SO GOOD! WOW! I need that drink everywhere! I ordered the burrata (house made burrata, lemon ricotta, heirloom tomato salad, basil oil, micro greens)- I was slightly disappointed at the texture at the burrata shell- but I cut through it and was met with a really creamy cheese- there was NOT enough bread for the amount of burrata, and if I am paying 14.00 for cheese and tomato- I need all the bread service. As I enjoyed my meal- the waitress asked if I would be joined by anyone, I told her potentially- and I proceeded to order my entree as she said that it would take a while- and my friend text after and asked me to put in a order, and the waitress came and told me that the entire kitchen staff had left, the pizza chef packed up and they made my food and couldn't make anything else. This was slightly disappointing and poor on their end. If there was a reservation for 2, and only one was present at the time- then there should have been something said about the staff needing to leave. So I was unable to order my friend food, even to go. My chicken was ordered, the waitress didn't remind me that the sides were not included and so I didn't have any with my meal- again disappointing, but the food was good- I finished everything, left way too much burrata on the plate, payed and left. I wish my experience was better- but I get it, it was around closing. Perhaps they should close reservations after 8pm so that you can have good service. The best part was the drink!

    What a wonderful venue for central Ohio. Chef Mac brought his A-game with every dish. Appetizers that we sampled included the crab cakes and scallops, done to perfection. Both scored high marks compared to any others we've sampled in the Cbus area. We ordered the Alla Vodka pizza which was voted one of Chicago's best pies and now we know why it garnered such high praise. We were also able to sample the goat cheese panna cotta and the sea salt caramel panna cotta giving us a savory, as well as a sweet, contrast. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching them make pizzas in the uniquely designed wood fired ovens. The space offered fresh design and an open concept, wine fridges and a well-stocked bar. Does it sound like we loved it? Yes, we really did and can't wait to go back - so glad Mac is in Central Ohio!
