Sono Wood Fired is owned & operated by the collaborative Good Eats Group Chicago, a venture co-owned by John McLean and Cleveland’s own Martin Murch. Sono Wood Fired is known for its authentic, Tuscany-influenced Italian offerings. This elevated Italian fare includes succulent chops, slow-roasted meats, fresh caught seafood, house made pastas, wood-fired pizza, and antipasti. The center bar features curated global wines and handcrafted cocktails. The original Sono Wood Fired has been proudly serving Chicago guests since 2010 and has been Michelin Guide Recommended.

I’m so disappointed open table. I booked this restaurant for a birthday showed up and it’s closed. We had the worst experience trying to find a back up restaurant

Accepted reservation. When got there it was closed. Could not cancel reservation on Open Table without calling a number that wasn’t answered, so we couldn’t book another reservation that night. Very disappointing.

This restaurant was closed when we arrived. There was a sign on the door that indicated they are permanently closed.

Overall it was a good experience, however, the prices were higher than I expected. The food, drinks and service were all good. I'll definitely go back.
