                                                                                The restaurant is closed after we ubered over from the other side of AC they notified us they were not open. We wasted time and money with a confirmed reservation.

                                                                                Open Table confirmed our reservation for this restaurant. When we arrived on time we were told that the restaurant is “closed for the season.” Since it was a Saturday night and we had tickets to a show it was impossible to be seated at any of the hotel’s restaurants. Open Table will blame the restaurant and the restaurant will blame Open Table but either way it’s completely unacceptable and they’re both to blame.
