   I don't like it because they rush me too fast. I heard there is a two-hour limit, but we didn't eat that slowly. I felt uncomfortable because I felt like I wanted to go out quickly.

   My friends and I love dining at Song E Napule. The food is always great! Service lacked a little bit today. The server didn’t write anything down, and she forgot three of our items. We told her we wanted some items sooner than later because we were so hungry. We had a few items sent to the table and waited almost 40 minutes before everything else came. We didn't want to complain. And while eating entrees she asked us if we wanted dessert, because the kitchen is going to close. Which we also thought was weird. We wanted to order more but decided not to because we felt a little rushed so we only ordered one. These are small things, but we will be back.

   We had the Scaloppine Di Pollo and the Burrata starter, they both were delicious. We also had the Delizia Al Limone desert, which was amazing. The prices are good and the staff is friendly and quick. It is a BYOB, so make sure to bring some wine. We didn't have the pizza but it looked delicious.

   The food is DELICIOUS! Fresh, flavorful ingredients with great flavor combinations. The primi plates are HUGE! So good value but we wouldn’t have ordered two if we knew beforehand. Great service overall. Our only ISSUE - they are very strict with the time - we got there for a 6:30 Rez our table was not ready for another 15 minutes then we were seated at 6:45. By 8pm At the end they offered us dessert. We never got a chance to even look before they placed one Tiramisu in front of us and we had to quickly drink our Cappuccinos and eat the dessert (they took the menus away so couldn’t order anything else when it was my bday dinner). It kind of left a lasting impression on us to end the night that rushed. So beware of the time!!

   They do a great job of greeting you right away and getting our order, checking in. Food is great! We did get dessert and this is where they earned 4/5 stars in service, as do most restaurants. They can’t close the deal. Drop off the check. We aren’t ordering anything else. Took another 15 minutes to find the waiter and ask for the check/pay. As a former waiter most guests appreciate this.

    Food was prefixed for valentines day. Waiter was rude and did not offer a subsitute salad as was done for other diners. pizza crust was tasty but topping of cheese and meat made it very greasy. Branzino tarte was thumbs down and the skirt steak had very liitle flavor.

    Song e Napule is our favorite restaurant in town. The food is consistently good, especially their gnocchi which is so light and delicious. Service is attentive without being overbearing.

    Pizza, meatballs and pasta were all outstanding. Caprese salad was pretty bad, tomatoes were not ripe, hard and tasteless, mozzarella tasted a bit “farmy”. Very noisy place but overall a great spot and the pizza is worth it alone. Also $100 meal for two including starters and a dessert to share is great value. We’ll be back.

    This restaurant is on another level. From the moment that we sat down, we sensed that we were in for a memorable experience. The place is not large, it's not cheap, but it's clean, has a vibrant atmosphere, and you could sense that the customers are enjoying a happy time. I really enjoyed their service, the restaurant logo on their plates, and even had the restaurant logo on the pizza! What a nice touch and very much appreciated. On a recommendation, I tried an Italian, blood orange soda drink (Arrancia Rossa), and I really enjoyed it. Our octopus salad appetizer was amazing. The dressing was zesty and the octopus was the perfect firmness and texture. We received complimentary bread, with a small dish of olive oil. The bread was placed in a cool burlap sack with the restaurant logo embroidered on it! Another nice touch! Now, onto the main event..... the Buffalina Pizza......was one of the best that I've ever had. On the same level as NYC's renowned Keste pizza. You have to try it. We also placed a to-go order for the Paccheri Genovese (Scottish beef, extra virgin olive oil, & pasta) . Once again, they came through with flying colors. It was placed it in a Dolce & Gabbana bag, that is nice enough to frame! I'll leave it here and just tell you to go and experience this for yourself. We can't wait to return, with friends and family, so see their reaction. Just go.......

    I was super excited to try this new location as I’ve eaten previously in the location in Manhattan (original location). I was extremely disappointed. I drove all the way from Queens, NY I wanted to surprise my husband for his bday as he’s been wanting to try the new location. The service was horrible, the staff was very unwelcoming and not to mention rushed us because of their 2 hour table limit. The food was nothing to rave about which is surprising because the food is exceptional at the Manhattan location. The original location is 5 starts across the board which is why we were so disappointed at this location. Deft wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

    Best Italian food I have had here in the US... our waitress was not that attentive, started by telling us what they didn't have instead of telling us about the specials, we heard they had specials from the other waitress serving the table next to us, ordered eggplant parmigiana for appetizer and forgot to bring it, the waitress serving the other table stopped and put the order in for the eggplant...we also wanted to order nutella pizza for dessert, it was 7:59pm and our waitress told us they had no more dough...not sure if that was the real reason, their food and ingredients are top, service was eh...I didn't get the other table's waitress's name that also helped us with the eggplant but she was a very pretty african american girl! Pricey but worth it!!

    The food is very good and the wait staff is professional. The only complaint would be that it is a little tight. Also I don't like the cancellation or late policy of charging $20 per person. We were on time and had to wait 10-15 ourselves for a table to clear.

    A trendy Neapolitan pizzeria. Very fresh ingredients, most imported from Italy. Pricey for pizza, but you get what you pay for. This restaurant was rated the 31st best Neapolitan pizza in the world for a reason.

    Food is very good however when we paid our check my wife and I were still enjoying our bottle of wine that we brought in and they essentially came up to us and asked us to leave because they needed the table. This place requires a credit card to book a reservation and will charge you if you need to cancel which makes sense because it’s a small place. From the moment we walked in to the moment we were asked to leave was 90 minutes. I rate this place high but there is something about being asked to leave and then making you feel like you’re no longer welcome in the restaurant. My wife and I wanted to go here for a while and this was our first time out since having a baby. I understand Friday and Saturday are the busiest but they should make a policy of how long you can dine in because not having a policy makes customers not feel welcome while being kicked out.

    Amazing! We can’t wait to return! Excellent food and service! Staff was friendly and inviting. We enjoyed a nice conversation with our waitress and her food recommendations were on point! We ordered 2 specialty pizza pies and the broccoli rabe. I can’t remember the name of the dessert but it was delicious along with everything else we ordered. Food came out super fast and the restaurant ambiance was very warm.

    Great food..very uniquely Italian. That was so cool to me. All the dishes were yummy and it’s a really pretty space. 2 cons; a bit noisy and cramped and they ask you to leave as soon as the bill comes because they need your table for people waiting. Quite a few patrons were put off by that, including us.

    The food is amazing! Great spot. It is a bit small so I did feel a bit rushed, just service being too attentive —taking plates before we’re done, just kind of a pet peeve of mine! Service needs to be attentive but not overly you know a good mix. It was a double date with our parents. We had the carpaccio, calamari to start both great and good portion sizes. The pizzas we did a few different all very good and for dessert tiramisu and the lemon cake! I would def recommend the lemon cake!!
