It was outstanding! Lots of options. Wished bread at table was hot. Our waitress was lovely and the drinks were great. The cinnamon apples are a must!!!
New Year’s Eve Dinner ... great as always. Great being able to see so many families together and enjoying the experience. We have eaten here several times and it never disappoints
The food here is always delicious and the environment is very relaxing. It is a great place to enjoy a nice meal.
Fantastic NYE experience. Starters and sides served family style, mains from a buffet. Each guest received complimentary sparkling cider or champagne. There were plenty of selections and something for everyone. A delightful experience from start to finish!
Relaxing time with great service
The prime rib was a very rare but the chef corrected it immediately
Lovely spot! Wonderful waitress and great food! Hostess was very slow. One family in front of us and we waited 15 mins to check in. One person at bar so again, super slow there too. Overall, great dinner!
The experience is not like it used to be. Hope they bring the original restaurant back like it was. Came before The pandemic everything was 5 stars. Just different not as good.
Lovely resort. Awesome food. Will return... ..
The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional!
Food was tasteless. Service was bad. We were so looking forward to having dinner there but it was so disappointing. No flavor no seasoning. Server would drop off and disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time. Complete waste of $60!! Dollys resort is pretty but her food sucks. Table next to us had a child that looked to be about 5 years old who screamed and cried all through dinner. Parents did nothing to try to quiet him.
Consistently excellent - service, food, atmosphere!
Been here many times...first time we were incredibly disappointed!
no reason whatsoever to go to such extreme measures when all other restaurants in the area are operating as normal....just like the resort, we paid full price for less than half of the service!
Done with Dolly.
Food was not good and super over priced for both adults and kids
I visited last year pre COVID and it was absolutely magical! So much so I put it on my dream list to take my mother and children back this Christmas. Although the ambiance wasn't as overwhelming with beautiful displays and smells of food, due to covid-19, I was impressed. I could tell they had gone through great lengths to abide by covid safety regulations, but still create a memorable experience. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Not to mention, the pricing was fantastic. The previous night I spent $10 less on Domino's Pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful Hallmark experience.
Service was very good, food was ok. We would not eat here again.
Definitely eat there everyday! Wonderful food and wonderful people. The environment is cozy.
Wonderful, awesome food and staff! We love it! We have gone everyday.
The food was good 10:45 was a great time avoided the check out rush crowd. This is still a buffet primarily breakfast the food was good at $25 per head just a bit pricey. We did not see the omelette station, we didn’t ask for it and it wasn’t offered, it is listed on the menu as a available option. However all of the food we tried was very good. Service was friendly but hard to rate when you are really serving yourself.
Wonderful food and people and environment. So happy we ate there!
It was an OK dinner. The nicest part was that we didn’t have to leave the resort for a meal. The salad and bread were the worst part. Wilted lettuce with a pure lemon dressing-to tart to eat. The bread was cold. The food was over cooked like it had been sitting out awhile. With tip it cost us $70. That’s a lot of money-they charged us $2 a piece to get a little scoop of ice cream on our dessert. We probably wouldn’t do it again but like I said, not having to get back in the car to tackle Pigeon Forge traffic was worth it.
It was in the 40s outside and the restaurant was freezing as if the air conditioning is on. We had a table in the back of the restaurant so by the time we got our food it was also cold. The atmosphere is just okay. The staff were pleasant.
Likely one of the worst dinning experiences ever. I don’t mind the COVID protocols, but the food was horrible! My entire family left hungry because the food was so bad we didn’t even go back for more. In fact, we had brunch reservations for the next day and I cancelled them as a result of our dinner experience. I LOVE Dreammore, and Lounge Bites, and the DM Pantry food is excellent; Song & Hearth was a major disappointment. SAVE YOUR MONEY! It’s grossly overpriced to boot!
We love Dollywood and the DreamMore Resort. This, however, was probably our best surprise. Song & Hearth had fabulous food. Our Thursday night meal was outstanding! We have been blessed to visit some of the best restaurants all over the world, and this was an incredible shock. The brisket was perfect. The ribs were just right. Fried chicken was crazy good. Acorn squash was ridiculous good. Overall, near the highlight of our stay. We did not expect such great food. We spoke to several other guests and they had the same experience. Come hungry. You will be glad you did.
We were so excited to dine here as we love the hotel! We were sorely disappointed! I understand the restaurant is doing the best they can with Covid restrictions but the food was cold or crunchy and was really disappointing. Due to the price of this restaurant this place was a Christmas treat to ourselves so it was disappointing to pay that much for a sub par meal.
Server was very good and the restaurant decor and table setting were beautiful. The salad, bread, and desert were excellent. Really loved the ball jars for drinks. The main course served buffet style was not as good as expected. The pork and Salmon were dryed out and the vegetables were also lacking in moisture and flavor. The Prime Rib was very good but the slices had about 50% fat that had to be trimmed..
Very good. Our waitress was excellent.
Meat was a little tough
Not much of an overall selection for the buffet basically it's a set meal and you just get as much as you want and then choose a dessert. Food was good that was served, pricey but if you are staying at the resort you are paying for the convenience of not having to leave and go elsewhere so really it's not much more expensive than going out somewhere. Servers are great and friendly, definitely take care of their diners.
The service was excellent. the food was fantastic. the Prime Rib was Supurb. the Black Berry Cobbler was to die for. To sum it up WOW!
The food was excellent and fresh. Restaurant was clean and the service was very good. We enjoyed dining here.
Very good breakfast very clean covid restrictions loved it will return when I come back Dolly does it right
There were barely any options as to what you could eat. Most of the options on the bar were cold (except the grits). The pancakes somehow managed to taste the way the air smells at an indoor pool. The only good things were; the grits, the made to order omlets, and the fruit they brought to the table.
For what we paid I would expect a little more food, or at least for the food to be warm.
Needless to say I will not be coming for breakfast again.
I gave the restaurant a low score due to food quality. Food was Luke warm and was not very tasty at all! There were 11 in our party and everyone was disappointed. Our family has ate at this restaurant many times in the past while staying at Dreammore. The food was always delicious and worth the cost. Hopefully it will be better once covid-19 is over.
Very nice and service was great. Everyone so helpful.
My first night I had a portobello burger that was so small and flat it really was a joke.....the waiter commented it shrunk down due to the marinade they used. I should have sent it back. Not a good way to start a vacation and after driving 12 hours....not a happy camper. Very disappointed.
Excellent food in a place doing a great job following covid guidelines. Seating is spread out and comfortable. You still get to get as much of the foods you want with the appreciated assistance of the servers. They are quick and attentive, doing their best to make sure you have a good time and receive good food.
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. My family and I checked in to the Dreamore and decided to start our vacation with a nice dinner at the hotel. Our server was pleasant and very attentive. The food was incredibly disappointing and some was not even edible. It is a buffet style but with COVID they serve you cafeteria style. However, the food had visibly been sitting under heat lamps for hours. My 2 children barely ate anything. This restaurant is a low end buffet and should be ashamed to charge customers $25 a person. After dinner, I without a doubt felt robbed. This hotel is beautiful and I expected the standards at Song & Hearth to be much higher. Do not waste your money.
We had breakfast and dinner on the same day at this restaurant. Breakfast was the best I have had anywhere in a long time. The potatoes were to die for, omelettes were great, bacon was perfect and the service was outstanding. Dinner.....dinner was hit and miss. There weren't a lot of options due to covid. Some were good, some were ok and others were yuck. Kids need more options. Some of the food was dry or overcooked. The stone soup and mashed potatoes were outstanding. I would come back for breakfast everyday if I could but would skip dinner. I think it will probably get better once the covid is over and they can get back to their regular buffet.
We have been here before COVID and the food and experience was amazing. This trip was very different with COVID precautions in place. The precautions they took were great but the food sat under heat lamps and due to limited diners was dried out and not fresh like it has been in the past. It was a very expensive meal that most of my family only ate a few bites of. We love DreamMore and will return to Song & Hearth once the buffet can be run again.
