Food was not being brought out at the pace in which people were taking it. There were a lot of options missing with each return to the buffet. The fish was dry and very fishy. Drinks came out, not only slow, but we had to ask multiple times, and I don't mean for every refill, I mean, we asked, and it never came, and we had to ask again. The restaurant wasn't even half full the entire time we were dining, it seemed there was a very bad staffing issue. There was no gravy for the mashed potatoes. I had to ask to get it individually brought, which was very disappointing. Asked the girl at the carving station what kind of meat was being served and she said she didn't even know. The waiter was very nice and was doing his best, i think you just gave him more than he could handle as a new employee.. you gave him multiple tables with lots of very young children, so part of the blame was really crappy parenting. I'd like to say he was the best part of the experience since he was so friendly. This was also a dinner reservation. I set it an hour and a half after the restaurant opened to make things easy as I know you can be very popular, we still had to wait in a line for twenty minutes, there was not enough host staff, and I was surprised to never see anyone who it seemed like a manager, come out and get things rolling. We are locals and have dined here many times, this experience was so bad that I will think twice about returning. Especially for a bill over $300 with tip for only five people.

I’m not a foodie, but the food at this restaurant (Every Single Time I have eaten here) is absolutely delicious! Every item I have tasted is incredible. Again I have to say, it is that way every visit that I have eaten here!!!

Would be good to have better eggs my kids don’t like the fake eggs. Maybe yogurt or smoothie bar? We just struggled to find proteins our kids would eat but it really was good food!

Beautifully decorated restaurant! Food was fresh, hot, and tasted delicious! Our server, Bailey, was wonderful; she was super welcoming and attentive - without hovering or being intrusive. Our family loves the Song & Hearth and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Service was very good but food lacking for the price. Most items were simple salads and veggies. Noodles and rice had obviously been sitting in the steam table for a long time. The taste was okay but for the price there needs to be more options on the buffet.

We thought we were getting Italian night with pasta dishes but when we arrived it was not Italian food. They said they had discontinued it. Most things were very good especially the fried chicken which is always very moist and flavorful. The beef stroganoff was very tender but the sauce was too thin and needed to have some sour cream in it. The veggies were very good, our table especially liked the root vegetables and mashed potatoes. The salads also were yummy .

Restaurant Review: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) While the food selection showed some promise with a decent variety of options, it still felt like it was missing something—nothing particularly exciting or memorable. The real disappointment, however, was the pricing. For what you get, the cost is simply unjustifiable. Overall, it’s hard to recommend this place when there are better experiences to be had elsewhere for less.
