    Went for Jazz night and the music and dancing was so much fun! Minimum spend $120 for a table, small bites/appetizers only, good happy hour drinks and $12 Prosecco all night. Definitely recommend!

    Let me start off by saying the band was AMAZING! The food was okay. We had to ask our waitress for napkins three different times and the busboy ended up bringing them. Once a party came across from us and did bottle service forget it, they ignored us for the rest of the evening. I ordered 2 drinks, when she brought the second one back it was half way filled. It took her over 15 minutes to bring back my second drink. Keep in mind her gratuity was already included and it was only two of us. Let me not forget to mention how another friend of mine joined us and came about 9:15pm. She went to the bar and ordered THREE DRINKS $110.00!!! I ended up going to the bar and I asked the bartender why was the bill so high? He informed me that the drink I ordered early which was $25.00 was now $40.00!!! I will never do you hear me never go to this establishment again. The service is horrible and they overcharge you.

    The place itself has very calm vibes. Small tables/seats however, if you're comfortable and wanna get cozy with your friends, then its perfect! the drinks were so good and the view is amazing!

    The Jazz Band played for so long and they were good. The drinks were happy hour until 8:30 and they had variety of tasty cocktails. The service was good. It was very crowded for a Wednesday night. The view was also beautiful.

    Beautiful location and sunset/Empire State Building views. Jazz was great! Lots of swing dancers to dance with or watch. I was happy to have a reservation to sit, chat and relax. Great spot for a Wednesday night for a local or a tourist.

    We went for Jazz night and it was truly a wonderful experience. Very sexy and fun vibes. Definitely recommend reserving a table so you will have your own server. Beautiful high rise views of the city. Perfect date night! Amazing music!

    Food was tremendous however service was extremely slow had to wait over 20 minutes just for buffalo sauce and asked multiple times, by the time it came the chicken we ordered it for was already cold

    It was a nice venue however the seating was no where near the stage so you could not watch the jazz show even though that was the experience booked. Drinks were not that great and wouldn’t recommend their cocktails unless you like a strong tasting drink. What we saw of the show was great, just be prepared to leave your table and stand to watch it and if you want a place to dance people do get up and enjoy a dance so that was fun.

    The service, food, and drinks were great. But the site was definitely misleading and we were disappointed. None of the experiences on the app is actually for the igloos. We were told those were $300 when we got to the place. We were sat inside which wasn’t too bad but definitely not that great or worth the price either.

    We arrived for it to be inside the main room not the igloos, its deceiving because when you book they show pictures of the igloos but its not really that where you go, they try to sell you the upgrade of paying $300, not including food in this price just a bottle of champagne, to go in the igloos. We were annoyed on how un organized the whole thing was. There were a total of 3 girls “helping” us but they would delegate things to each other, finally 30 mins later they finally came to take our order, at this point we were already annoyed. We got an appetizer to start and 4 drinks. The appetizers never came so we told her to cancel it as we were just going to go somewhere else and she said the food was slow because there was a special event downstairs. If you have something happening downstairs, let us know or close upstairs if you can’t handle it. As we are leaving the food came and you would think they would offer it as a way to redeem the inconvenience? No, they took it and she explained to the guy we had canceled it. Now I understand the very low ratings and horrible service. To add to this, they didn’t even know their drinks. We will make sure to let others know and maybe choose a place where they will be treated better.

    firstly, the Doorman at the entrance doesn't possess the proper way of handling his duty. He just give us directly a bag tag without asking if what's inside ( most of it are warm jacket & scarves ) & he's impolite. It is not normal to make a copy of an official ID for security reason. Who's keeping them? management or the Doorman himself? second, at the lounge the cooling system is too strong that we were able to finished our drinks as we were shrivering & ask the bar man to regulate to make it comfortable but they themselves were also suffering from it. i strongly suggest that the management will look into this issue seriously.

    We went on Gotham Jazz night. The band was awesome, as were the other performers, and Dandy Wellington is always a fantastic MC. We didn't try any of the food or alcohol so I can't report on that but the Mocktails we're only so-so. Honestly though, this place is worth it for the atmosphere alone, ESPECIALLY on jazz night!

    please update website so people know brunch is not available on Sundays. The experience would have been better if the food we thought was available was actually available. Drinks were very good and the staff were very nice.

    The restaurant did not open until 6pm due to rain and closing down rooftop? Waited...then the gentleman taking me up in elevator didnt have a key so we had to go back down...seriously? Service was not great considering the place was practically empty. THEN to top it off the fire alarm went off incessantly and elevators were not working. "you can take the stairs" Seriously ? Check was not divided as requested.....another wait. Just a very disappointing experience that will not bring me back..

    I loved my Somewhere, Nowhere Poolside experience and can't wait to come back. The ambiance, drinks, food, and service were wonderful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a local & tropicalish getaway with friends or solo during a summer's day.

    The evening ending was very nice overall. However, we booked reservations (indoors) for the jazz club a few days prior to arriving. We was told that there was a private party upon arriving and will be moved to upstairs roof pool area….we was never told about this until arrival? a simple email, or call would’ve sufficed. We went upstairs which very cool, upstairs but very breezy due to the open area and the food was served cold. The communication was very poor and only found out from asking the cocktail waitress upstairs that the Jazz club will reopen at 9:30-10pm. We was about to leave… until finding this out! We did have a good time from the entertainment only went very well and really saved the night. But just wished the service and communication should’ve been way better for the prices. We expected better service which i was charged extra on my Visa Card downstairs. Which was an error on the waitress part because we told her to charge another card towards the end of evening. We would definitely return but communication and service needs to greatly improve to be a successful venue.

    The venue cancelled entertainment for pool level 39 without letting customers know. The event on 38th floor was cancelled - superseded by private party, venue did not let anyone know. Very confusing and dissapointing.
