Overall, I would definitely go back—the vibe was great, and the music was perfect. We had a reservation for 7:45 PM but were asked to wait at the bar until our table was ready. It took a bit longer than expected to be seated, and once we were, there was a bit of a delay before our server came to take our order. The food also took some time to come out, but once the small plates started arriving, things improved. We ordered the oysters (amazing!) and the chicken and caviar sliders—those were bomb. I would absolutely order them again, and honestly, I was tempted to get more to go. For our main course, we had the pork chop and beef short rib. They were okay—not bad at all, but not dishes I’d personally order again. The staff was kind and polite throughout the night, which I appreciated. From our 7:45 PM reservation to when we left around 11:00 PM, it was a long evening, but overall a good experience. Looking forward to coming back—especially for those small plates!

The fried chicken and caviar was amazing and so were all the cocktails. We loved the live jazz and the ambiance was excellent!

Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 entrees were a flop. However the biggest complaint is the service. The waiter was nice enough but wasn’t able to keep up with the tables sat in their area. My dad ordered wine BEFORE placing the food order. After appetizers found that the wine he ordered was sold out and the waiter offered a tasting of another. After finishing our app and half of our dinner the taste finally came after multiple reminders. By the time he actually got the full when the meal was over. We all would’ve appreciated drink refreshes,checking in our meals, and maybe instead of refreshing the plates on a dirty table a quick swipe of a rag to clean up between courses. I wanted to love this restaurant so much, the vibe the music and my martini was top tier but unfortunately the service was not on par with the rest of the restaurant

The food was top echelon! The restaurant is beautiful and stunning. The flavors were flavoring and the live music was huge plus! Cannot wait to go back!

Great dinning experience. Drinks were good and the In-Bone steak was made to perfection. Mac n Cheese top notch too. Live music in the front gave a great vibe to the already great decor within the restaurant.

This was the worst experience ever. Never got inside the restaurant . Arrived promptly @ 8:30p time of reservation. Had to stand outside in a line for 1 hour & never received response from management for the delay. Then to top it off, their power went out. Still no response from management. Finally management comes out, doing nothing to comfort the situation.

My husband and I were so excited to finally get to try out Somerville. It was such a great atmosphere with beautiful decor. It reminds me of a classy speakeasy club. The Parker House Rolls were to die for and the shrimp cocktail was excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Yaaay Issa Rae
