   The food was good. It's quite a new business in a busy location so the wait times are a little long and the kitchen was a bit chaotic and staffs were too busy running around to check up on the table.

   I first went to Gerrard Street location last year and really enjoyed the food. When I saw they opened one at Fairview as I walked by I immediately made reservations for dinner that night with my 3 friends. The servers are so friendly and helpful with explaining the menu and the spice levels. We had drinks and appetizers earlier so had a nice light dinner here. Every dish was as delicious as I remember my first time dining there. Highly recommended if you like real authentic regional Thai cuisine.

   Som Tum Jinda is our first place to go to whenever we crave for Thai food. Crispy papaya salad, so satisfying to eat. I am glad they have a new location near us (Fairview Mall). Must go to Thais place in Toronto. Love it!!!

   While the food was good, they have recently just opened so are missing items from the menu (ie pandan dessert wasn’t available which is what I wanted to go for) and it’s very strange that this restaurant, Michelin recommended, doesn’t offer any points for their Open Table reservations. Also the restaurant being in the middle of a mall and across from a T&T supermarket also feels a bit odd, with the higher side of prices on the menu.
