Chef-owner Jinda is a specialist in Som Tum dishes. She first plied her trade back in 1974 in the local university before moving downtown Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. The Isan-style spicy fish maw with bamboo shoot salad has a nice balance of herbs and its powerful aroma is punctuated by the intensity of the Tiliacora juice. The signature, Som Tum with crispy catfish, dispenses an impressive tang.

The food was very tasty and authentic. To start i ordered beef jerky and sticky rice. The jerky texture was perfect (not hard) and sticky rice was done right ( not soggy). The banana blossoms. was my first time trying and the I recommend if you have never tried. You eat the salad with the chips which I really enjoyed. We also ordered the won sen noodles and that was everything you expect it to be. The pork bowl was very tender but just a little oily. They also sold out on 2/3 dessert on a Saturday night which was disappointing. The pandan noodle and ice cream were sold out at lunch time. They only had mango sticky rice left which is nothing special. The service was amazing. Very attentive and professional. Everyone was happy with smiles.

Came on a very busy Sunday evening at the mall. It seemed as if the service staff were very busy and perhaps overwhelmed, so it took quite a few minutes to place our order, which was disappointing since were told there would be a 90 minute dining time limit. However, food came out very quickly. All the dishes were flavorful, our favourites were the Pad See Ew, Panang curry chicken, and grilled chicken. Portion size is a little bit on the smaller size so have a look at other diner’s orders to set expectations. But would dine here again!

The food was good. It's quite a new business in a busy location so the wait times are a little long and the kitchen was a bit chaotic and staffs were too busy running around to check up on the table.
