Food was amazing. Best mussells I have ever had, perfectly cooked. Staff helpful and kind. Everything was delicious, inlcuing sending us two oysters to try, the ones that I had not tried yet or ever, and they were amazing.

The overall experience was excellent. The meals were excellent. The service was excellent. I recommend Sole to everyone visiting Dublin.

SOLE is an upscale restaurant on the edge of Temple Bar area in Dublin. The fish and seafood was very good. However, we ordered regualr water and they brought it out in a bottle, whihc was fine. We then orderd some more. We were surpised to se a charge of $13.80 on the bill. We contested it, and it was removed. But, we should have been told. Also, our waitress was saddled with six tables and three sat down when we were ready foir our check, whihc delayed leaving. Not her fault, but the manager should have handled the seating better. It was the Sunday before the Bank Day natonal holiday. So, it was packed. All in all, a good restaurant thagt could be great with a few tweaks

Had the set menu. Some of the items were overcooked. Waiter/waitress kept changing and taking a long time to bring over water. Didn’t like that they bought out courses to explain when one of us wasn’t at the table. Had the table booked far in advance and felt we were stuck in a poor area at the back / not the main restaurant, and stuck next to a large loud table.

From start to finish I loved my experience in SOLE restaurant. The menu had so many options, we chose the 3 courses and it was beautiful. The food was to die for, I got the selection of 4 oysters to start my favorites being the Achill Oysters and Carlingford Oysters, the scallops were also so tasty with pancetta and black pudding. I didn't think I'd enjoy the Guinness cake but again it was delicious. I would 10000% recommend the spicy margarita so good!!! The staff were very efficient, and the music was nice and relaxing. Will definitely be back to this restaurant again, thanks so much for a lovely meal and evening.
