RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED.
A relaxed evening outdoors with a lovely wine list and menu. Plenty of vegetarian options and they modified to our requests, too. The beet salad is delish!
Food was great. They have gluten free pasta and made the Chicken Parmesan without breading for me! Owners are very nice!
My wife and I went on Friday, July 3rd, to enjoy the first restaurant dining experience since the Covid-19 Shelter in Place took effect. The restaurant had 2 tables outside that could seat 4 people each. During the entire hour we were there we were the only customers. A beautiful day, nice atmosphere and just watching the world walk /drive by. I had selected my meal based on medical / dining restrictions. When the much anticipated meal arrived I was a bit confused. My meal was NOT what I had selected or asked for. It appeared to be Chicken Parm on a bed of fettuccini noodles with veggies. I had requested the Porcini Truffle Chicken. Pan seared chicken with truffle sauce. Not breaded and fried chicken. I mentioned this to the waitress who said she would speak to the chef. I re-examined the menu that was near the front of the patio area. Yep, pan seared. The waitress came back and apologized. She said she would take it back and have my meal redone. No thanks. I've heard what happens when you complain about your food. She later explained that the restaurant was under new management and they had recently opened. A total of 2 customers and the "chef" couldn't delivered the requested menu items. Too many restaurants in need of business and satisfied / return customers.
First time trying open table & this yummy restaurant i will be coming back thank you so much. Taste like home 🙏🤤
Food and service was absolutely Amazing, Ambience and Atmosphere was great too!
It is now one of my favorite Italian restaurants.
There was only one server working on Valentine’s Day, which should have been a red flag from the start. There was something going on in the kitchen, because it took us 2 hours to get our entrees. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks. Almost everyone walked out of the restaurant because of how slow the service was. It definitely was not the server’s fault that things were a mess that night, and I respect the way he handled the many complaints he was receiving.
My wife and i decided to give this restaurant a try. We should have taken a cue when we were the only ones there around 5:45 on a Saturday evening.
We decided to share a gnocchi in pesto. The gnocchi was so so but the pesto sauce was not fresh and tasted like it came out of a jar which is surprising since its so easy to make fresh. My wife ordered chicken which was bland.I ordered lasagna which was terrible. Tasteless, just a thin layer of lasagna drowning in marinara sauce. No taste of the beef.
Our server who was on her own was pleasant and helpful and tried to keep up as a few more patrons came in. Ambiance was ok but it was cold so we kept our coats on.
I think this restaurant is on a downward spiral of cost cutting and quality. I would hesitate to give it another try unless there is new ownership or a major change.
I really enjoyed the Vegetarian Cannelloni pasta with a good glass of Chianti red wine
Salad was lettuce out of a bag
Bottled Caesar dressing
Pizza was burned, terrible
Server did her best
Decor is nice
Very good Italian restaurant with a lot of option for vegetarian, gluten free etc...
The Pizza's and the Pasta's taste so good made with imported italian flour to make the pizza dough.
We will back very soon
Had high hopes, but for a Sat night they were very under staffed. I think there were only 2 workers in the whole restaurant. Waiter forgot to take drink orders and was in such a hurry to take dinner order, but it took forever. My meal came out with pesto sauce instead of the spicy marinara I ordered. The bread was soggy with butter and the others at our table said the food was relatively bland. The waiter was missin* most of the time and like pulling teeth to get anything. Won’t be going back soon.
my lobster ravioli was good, and the service was fine. Enjoyable but nothing amazing.
I eat at Sole Mio several time and always the food is so delicious.
This time I got the special of the day Fettuccini with shimps and vegetables that was so good.I will be back very soon to try the Home made Lasagna that everyone is talking about is very good.
God Job Sole Mio happy to have this authentic Italian restaurant in the neighborhood
The food here was pretty average. We ordered a ceasar salad, which was nothing to "write home about," as was the "homemade rosemary bread," which seemed to be not much more than sliced sourdough. On the positive side, I am a big gnocchi lover, and the gnocchi was very good; the gnocchi was nicely cooked and the pesto sauce tasted fresh. The owner--who also helped served us--was very nice and friendly.
The Server was excellent. The Lasagna melted in my mouth. It was delicious!
The food was nothing special, especially for the price. The restaurant doesn't have much ambiance either. We were there on a Saturday night and no one was there. Service is not bad but not great either. Overall, it's not worth the money.
Awesome pizza and lasagna!!!
Great place for dinner with several couples before a show at Mountain Winery.
Delicious food authentic Italian, great service, outstanding ambience.
I will be back very soon with my family and friends
